Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Senior QA engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for working with development teams and product managers to test software solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Setup testing SoPs to ensure catch 95% of all bugs before it reaches the clients in the first 6 months.
- Hire and train at least 3 QA engineers in the first 6 months.
- Leverage LLMs (gen-AI) to set-up testing pipeline to increase basic testing productivity by 50% in the first 6 months.
- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a software QA engineer.
- Should have led multiple teams and have worked on large scale projects.

Be the primary point of contact for the clients.
