Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound inquiries.
• Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
• Generate interested leads and schedule meetings/site visits for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with potential customers.
• Track call outcomes and submit daily/weekly performance reports.
• Coordinate with sales and internal teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in paid ad marketing across digital channels: Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads.
• Strong domain expertise in paid media, including strategy, execution, and analytics.
• Skilled in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude and ChatGPT) to enhance campaign efficiency and decision-making.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and performance tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

Hands-on Experience With

• Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing/Microsoft Ads.
• Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, Looker Studio.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, bidding strategies, and attribution models.
• Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
• Certifications in tools such as Google Ads, GA4, or Meta Ads are preferred.
• Proven track record in driving successful Performance Campaigns utilizing AI tools like ChatGPT.
• Effective communication and reporting skills.
• Good experience in managing medium to large-sized budgets.
• Should have a data-driven approach to work.

Scope of Work

Strategy & Execution

• Lead paid media initiatives to drive conversions and revenue using omnichannel strategies, capitalizing on AI for optimization.
• Optimize campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Take ownership of campaigns end-to-end to ensure KPIs and goals are met.
• Continuously refine team processes and automate repetitive tasks to drive efficiency and scalability.
• Research & Analysis
• Stay ahead of platform updates and trends; integrate innovations into strategy.
• Drive keyword strategy and restructure accounts to unlock scalable growth.
• Lead cross-channel campaign optimization using platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and GA4 to improve ROI.
• Analyze and interpret conversion and attribution data to derive actionable strategic insights.
• Ability to create strategies and budget forecasts.
• Communication
• Collaborate with Client Success Managers to design growth-focused strategies that leverage AI capabilities.
• Partner with internal teams to address performance challenges.
• Timely deliver projects on time, meeting weekly and monthly deadlines.

Reporting

• Create performance reports using Google Slides/other dashboards, and review them with clients.
• Present key strategies and insights to Client Success Managers and clients.
• Consider key performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS for creating and conveying detailed inferences in monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.

Preferred Attributes

• Certifications in digital marketing tools like GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
• Must be residing in/willing to relocate to Pune.
• Experience with delivery management or people management.
• Understanding of SEO, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Ads, Looker Studio, and Bing Ads.
• Familiarity with automated or AI-driven optimization tools for search ads and other channels.
• Experience in dealing directly with B2B clients.
