Position: MIS Executive/Assistant Manager 

Responsibilities: 

• Managing a team that prepares daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports 
• Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders, highlighting key trends & opportunities. 
• Overseeing the collection, storage & management of data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy & completeness. 
• Identifying & resolving data issues, inconsistencies and discrepancies and built systems to identify and resolve the same. 
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows & optimize operational efficiency. 
• Collaborating with IT teams to develop and enhance data systems and tools to support business needs. 
• Preparing sales analysis and product analysis reports 
• Generating adhoc Report requirements from Ops, Marketing, Accounting and Training verticals. 
• Verifying the accuracy of inter-store stock transfers  
• Creating & compiling monthly qualitative analysis Report & monthly Customer RFM Analysis. 

Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements: 

• 5 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, and business intelligence, preferably in the F&B industry. 
• Experience in Advanced Excel & Tally 
• Must have excellent time management, organized and detail-oriented skills 
• Must be able to define and work to deadlines. 
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI). 
• Strong knowledge of database management & data warehousing. 
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. 
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare periodic reports, such as summaries and dashboards, for the senior management, that provide Revenue and Resource Utilization pipeline, and present current status on various dimensions such as project management, execution, quality of delivery, process compliance and project profitability.

· Executing various revenue and non-revenue related contracts, and renewing those well in time. Tracking actual v/s the targets on weekly basis, and preparing specific Project wise Profitability Reports.

· Provide inputs on revenue comparison and arriving at a benchmark.

· Report revenue leakage by tracking non-billed hours put in by the resources in each project.

· Reviewing the rates and renewing them based on the inputs received from the manager.

· Collaborate closely with auditors, internal engineering and functional teams to keep the organization ready for audits through proper planning, internal audits and keeping evidences ready, and finally getting the organization audited from external agencies.

· Drive status meeting with the relevant stakeholders, leaders and mangers to check the status of various goals and initiate action through right channel wherever it is needed.

· Participate in Project Retrospective Meetings and record action items, and ensure that they get closed in timely manner.

· Maintain up-to-date documents related to the tasks managed by self.

Essential Skills (Technical):

· Excellent written and oral communication skills.

· Hands on experience in creating procedural documents and reports.

· Sound knowledge of business operations such as revenue, profitability, utilization of resources.

· Exposure to working with Senior Management team, and understanding their vision as well as way of working.

· Hands on experience in tools, such as MS Excel, Power-point, MS Word, Google Sheets, Docs, and One Drive to create various reports, documents and presentations.

• Demonstrated experience as a software engineer, with at least 8+ years’ experience in technology roles
• Experience working on complex systems and cloud architectures, preferably in a B2B or enterprise context

You’ll become familiar with all parts of our stack from end to end. WITHIN 1 MONTH, YOU'LL

• Complete Finly’s new-hire training week, and learn Accounts Payable
• Processes & the various partners we work with to make Finly happen.
• Investigate, solve and release a bug fix to production. In order to do this you will ramp up on Finly’s engineering stack by pair-programming with your teammates and attending engineering training sessions designed and presented by the team.
• Meet with cross-functional peers around the company to learn how the product functions.
• Complete your engineering starter project and deploy your first changes to production.

WITHIN 3 MONTHS, YOU'LL

• Individually contribute reliably ship full features to customers.
• Own major product areas and take features from mock to deploy.
• Estimate technical scope and time to complete major features and initiatives.

• Move to new product vertical & initiative and start designing and architecting scalable systems as per the requirements discussed with Product Manager.
