Experience: 4-6 years

Location:  Pan India with potential requirement to travel to the middle east

Responsibilities:

1. Board Meetings: Organize and coordinate board meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute necessary documents.
2. Minutes & Record Keeping: Take minutes during board and committee meetings, and maintain accurate records of discussions and decisions.
3. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the firm complies with corporate governance requirements, including filing necessary documents with regulatory bodies (e.g., QFCRA).
4. Corporate Governance: Advise the board on governance best practices and ensure the company adheres to internal policies and external legal requirements.
5. Shareholder Communication: Manage communication with shareholders, including handling general meetings, votes, and reporting obligations.
6. Legal Documentation: Maintain and update key corporate documents such as the company’s charter, bylaws, and resolutions.
7. Advisory Role: Provide guidance on legal and regulatory obligations to directors and senior management.

• This position will be aligned with our Audit vertical and help us in the process of verifying and acquiring goods, services, or works from an external source, often via a tendering or competitive bidding process. Ensure that the project/Site receives goods, services, or works at the best possible price when aspects such as quality, quantity, time, and location are compared.
