US Shift : 7pm to 3.30 am

Working Days : Monday to Friday – Prefer male candidate

General Shift : 9 am to 5:30pm

Working Days : Monday to Saturday – Prefer Female candidate

Additional Perk offer for Day Shift:  Afternoon Meal will be offered by the Organization .

Job Description :

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in our organization by conducting a substantial volume of outbound calls daily to leads and oversee end-to-end conversions. Through your effective communication and persuasive skills, you will engage with potential clients, providing insightful information to convince and convert inquiries into successful online registration.

· Making outbound calls to potential clients

· Take care of existing & New Clients

· Closing sales leads and assisting the client in entire process

· Meeting or exceeding monthly goals assigned by the Team Leader

· Working with the team and keep developing new market opportunities

· Perform any other jobs assign by management

What will you be working on?

• We are looking for a Node.js Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users.
• Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end.
• You will be responsible for developing the product as per the product specification defined by the product managers
• Perform research on the best methods of implementing the requirements. Author and curate technical documentation to support delivery, maintenance, and adoption
• Work with programmers, engineers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise governance strategies to optimize the overall performance
• Design and develop automated deployment and maintenance mechanisms
• Solving development challenges and making architectural decisions by understanding the larger picture of the projects goals
• Confidently communicating and collaborating with your fellow developers in a remote team environment.
• Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good coding practices.

What are we looking for?

• Must have experience in Nodejs.

What you need to have:

Job Requirements :

- Advanced Javascript, CSS, HTML 5, Sass, Less, JSON, DOM Concepts

- Candidate should have 2-3 years of regular working experience.

- Must have expertise in React js, Redux, node js, ExpressJS MongoDB, MySql, NoSQL Flux,

javascript html5 core concepts.

-Fluent in responsive design and mobile / tablet UI / UX, HTML5, CSS3 along with

bootstrap

-UI Performance: should have hands-on experience of optimizing page load, rendering,

caching.

- Familiarity and experience with Container architecture - Docker/Jenkins and build scripts,

help maintain code quality, organisation, and automation

- Must have done multiple projects using React js, Redux, node js, and MongoDB with

Cross browser/device compatibility.

-Working Knowledge of common Javascript Libraries such as jQuery.

-Working understanding of Webpack, Babel & other pre-processing tools.

-Good Understanding of REST Apis

-Good understanding of AJAX and its UI implications

- Good knowledge of events handling in client-side and server-side.

- Good knowledge of code versioning tools, such as Git/bitbucket

- Good logical and mathematical programming skills with good communication skills.

- At Least 2-3 live projects

- NodeJS knowledge is a plus

-Good hands-on experience with ES6 & knowledge of the upcoming syntax of ECMAScript.

-Huge plus if you have experience in working with state management libraries like Redux, MobX etc. in React.js.

    • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

    • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
    • Additional HR training will be a plus

• 3-5 Years of experience in Backend Development.
• Must have experience in Python (FLASK framework).
• Have a Deep understanding of how RESTful APIs work.
• Familiar with various design and architectural patterns that can work at scale.
• Sound knowledge of NoSQL/SQL Databases (Mongo DB preferred).
• Strong experience with at-Cloud technology, preferably AWS or GCP, or Azure.
• Core experience in developing complex backend systems.
• Communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Passionate about application scalability, availability, reliability, and security.
