Job Description: We are looking for a technical software architect to design the structure of our IT applications and oversee programs to ensure the proper architecture is implemented. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience on software development and be able to guide software developers. The goal is to build technological solutions that solves complex business problems. Roles & Responsibilities: • Understand the product requirements to define system specifications • Plan, design and architecture the structure of a technology solution • Communicate system requirements to development team • Lead the development team and provide guidance to the developers during implementation • Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware for software development • Assist with solving technical problems when they arise • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability • Address technical concerns, ideas and suggestion Requirements: • Proven experience as a software architect or senior software engineer • Hands-on experience with software development using new technology and tools – Digital transformation, Analytics, Cloud etc. • Experience in full-stack development using Javascript or Java – ReactJS, Redux, ReactNative, Spring etc. • Understanding of strategic IT solutions • Experience in team management • Have a “get done” mentality • Strong debugging and code review skills • Passionate about new technology, tools and techniques • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • BE in computer science or relevant field Benefits: • Great opportunity to grow with the company • Young, friendly and fun team • A chance to communicate your own ideas and hop on them to implement it as well • Paid vacation once a year • Health insurance
