Key Responsibilities:

3. Software Architecture and Design: Contribute to the architectural design and implementation of software solutions, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.

4. Code Reviews: Participate in and conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and continuous improvement.

5. Problem Solving: Identify and address technical challenges, troubleshooting issues and proposing effective solutions.

6. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for Java code, APIs and integrations.

7. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on Java and related technologies, incorporating new tools and practices into daily work.

8. Agile Development: Contribute to Agile development processes, participate in sprint planning, and deliver features on schedule.

9. Collaborative Innovation: Bring creative ideas to the table, actively contributing to the team's innovation and problem-solving initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Professional experience in Java development.

2. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and best practices.

3. Experience with Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate etc.).

4. Understanding of RESTful web services and API development.

5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Skills Required:

• 3-8 years of Experience in Java Product Development.
• Good understanding of MYSQL.
• Practitioner of clean code and SOLID principles
• Exposure to GIT and Maven

• Understands different major language paradigms (Object Oriented and Functional)
• Understanding and Experience with Multi-Threaded Applications
• Prior Experience in a SAAS Product company is a Plus 
• Experience with Managing Team is a plus

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from Tier 1 College is a Plus.
