About the role:
As a Salesforce Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will own the integrity and strength of the
solutions recommended. You’ll be acting as a trusted advisor to our team and clients, and an
effective mentor for other Salesforce professionals working alongside you. You will need a
deep understanding of the Salesforce platform but just as importantly, top-notch people
skills to get your ideas and solutions across to stakeholders and gain integrity to get your
visions built into successful solutions.
Responsibilities
This is a varied Salesforce Solution Architect role, with the following responsibilities:
Conduct research into clients’ use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with
recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions,
Provides technical support in sales calls, solution presentations, and assists the client
partners in managing the deal cycle
Translates customer business objectives and requirements into solutions and level-
of-effort estimates to implement those solutions
Provides input for RFI and RFP responses, including the effort estimate, project team,
timeline, implementation methodology and solution components
Delivers excellent Salesforce sales presentations to the customer in support of the
sales process
Acts as trusted advisor to customers by anticipating customer needs and identifying
appropriate solution alternatives
Responds to customer questions and objections on technical issues
Validates technical recommendations against customer requirements and assists
with preparing statements of work
A strategic approach to solution design, with a proven ability to develop and execute
tactical plans to support the strategy
Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of
concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements,
Review solutions and recommending improvements,
Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with stakeholders on the
project,
Own the design of Salesforce and (optionally) other affiliated solutions for Sales,
Service, and platform solutions,
Act as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed
between environments. Where appropriate, this could include deploying changes,
Provide guidance on user story writing style,
Ensure success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story,
Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications,
Ensure documentation of the steps for testing,
Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with Salesforce SMEs,
Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of
Salesforce,
Collaborative project and workstream planning.
Required Qualifications and Background
At least 5 years’ experience in a leading role in designing & providing solutions in
Salesforce projects,
Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online,
Minimum Salesforce certified:
Administrator
Sales Cloud Consultant
Service Cloud Consultant
Platform App Builder
Salesforce Designer certifications,
Salesforce Architecture certifications – Technical & Solution Architect

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• You bring a proven track record of at least 8 years in product marketing, with progressively increasing responsibilities.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads Data Hub, Snapchat, Spotify, and Programmatic Advertising platforms like The Trade Desk and DV 360.
• Working knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Data Clean Rooms, First Party Data enhancement tools, and techniques.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and more.

Job Description :
The Engineering Manager will work closely with management and our customers and partners globally. As a successful hire, you will report to the VP - Engineering. You will be responsible for shaping our product and strategizing its delivery around when and how it will be done so.
The Ideal Candidate :
- Should have 8-15 years experience with at least 2 years as an Engineering Manager
- Must have experience with Containerization, Docker, Kubernetes

1. Open Source based Enterprise Software

Roles and responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development of Salesforce.com solutions within the scope of Business Applications projects and enhancements
- Apply best practices and technical/business experience to Salesforce solutions, including design trade-offs and communication of design decisions
- Work with backend systems, integration, and data warehouse team members to implement integrated data and process flows. Analyze and recommend improvements to existing data and process flows.
- Support Salesforce.com system administrators as necessary to set up fields, profiles, roles, security, and other configurations
- Responsible for source code management including check-in, code merges, and branch management, using tools such as Git and Jenkins
Educational Qualifications
- E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / M.S / MCA graduate (preferably from a reputed college or University) with minimum 3-7 Years of experience in Salesforce development with a Product based company (Preferably Cloud or Mobile based)
Technical Attributes
- 4-9 years of experience in developing large-scale solutions on the Force.com platform. At least two large enterprise Salesforce implementation projects involving multiple releases, change management processes, and/or multi-locale deployment.
- Experience in Lightning Framework, Apex, Visual Force, Triggers and Patterns and must have completed 2 salesforce certifications.
- Experience in LWC is a must.
- Must have experience in CI/CD and provide inputs for integrating Salesforce with other cloud and noncloud solutions.
- Expertise in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud or Community cloud is mandatory
- Experience in translating business requirements into working solutions using a combination of Salesforce.com configuration and custom development approaches
- Expertise in building customer-facing, web-based user interfaces for customer and partner communities, with an understanding of HTML/XHTML, XML, Java, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, SQL, SOAP based or RESTful web services
- Assisting the Client Support Manager in developing efficient systems to support the work of the Client Support Team.
