Qualifications
- Master’s (M. Tech., M.S.) in Computer Science or equivalent from reputed institutes like IIT, NIT preferred

Technical Expertise
- Advanced knowledge of distributed architectures and data modeling practices.
- Extensive experience with Data Lakehouse systems like Databricks and data warehousing solutions such as Redshift and Snowflake.
- Hands-on experience with data technologies such as Apache Spark, SQL, Airflow, Kafka, Jenkins, Hadoop, Flink, Hive, Pig, HBase, Presto, and Cassandra.
- Knowledge in BI tools including PowerBi, Tableau, Quicksight and open source equivalent like Superset and Metabase is good to have.
- Strong knowledge of data storage formats including Iceberg, Hudi, and Delta.

Opportunity Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual with an overall experience of 4 – 6 years to join Upland India as a Salesforce CPQ Specialist for our Upland Shared Services Organization (SSO). The individual will work projects and break/fix support items in Salesforce.
What would you do?
- Take full ownership of the Salesforce CPQ implementation through all phases of development
- Implement CPQ best practices based on business needs and requirements
- Meet with internal clients to determine business, functional and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing and deployment
- Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com and B2B Commerce Platforms

Key Deliverables (Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job):
- Create, Manage & enhance the applications landscape in the areas of eComm & digital function. Work with IT Leader for application in digital & eComm application instances (with dependencies from global demandware/SFCC platform + JV partner + OCAPI) and integrations for the same in India eComm landscape.
- Establish and maintain IT governance structure with eComm & other process owners to manage site IT operations, resolve issues and prioritize enhancement requests in support of strategic direction after the platform is live.
