IntelliMatch SunGard Treasury Systems (Tech/ Func Support Er.)

We are looking for an experienced product leader to join us to work on leveraging products to rapidly accelerate community growth and personalization. 

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for BabyChakra suite of products
• Partner with engineering to build products and customer experiences that delight our users and partners 
• Define feature visions and roadmaps, gathering requirements from the community and business stakeholders
• Drive measurable business impacts working closely with cross-functional teams across the GoodGlamm group 
• Actively prioritize backlogs that are optimized against benefit tradeoffs
• Write agile user stories and validate product ideas with stakeholders
• Make data-driven decisions with developers, QA, product designers and analysts to constantly deliver incremental and tangible value to the customer
• Be the internal voice and advocate of the customer and domain subject matter expert

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building products across community and commerce; side projects are welcome! 
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to take ownership to build 0-1 systems that have large scale impact
• Demonstrated experience of having managed an entire product life cycle from Business & Consumer insights, PRDs, UI/ UX oversight, stakeholder alignment to execution
• Proven ability to adopt a creative and data-driven approach to solving problems. 
• Inspiring & strong communicator, excited to collaborate with cross functional stakeholders
• Obsessed with user experience / journeys to understand and create a global product
• An intense curiosity about all things technology to include IoT, Data Science, UX and more

• 2+ years of experience on Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate in medium to large-scale projects
• Must have experience with at least some flavours of both SQL (MySQL, Postgres) and NoSQL (Kafka, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, NoSQL distributed cache system, DynamoDB etc), datastores in production
• Must have experience with Kafka or similar message queue systems in production
• Stellar problem solving skills
• Hunger to learn new things and ability to grasp new concepts quickly
• Ability to move quickly without breaking things too much (we are dreamers)
• Ability to work under immense pressure which is balanced by a sense of responsibility and ownership
• Should be able to groom juniors and take them to the next level

Desired candidates must have 2-7 years experience as NodeJs Developer. If the candidate is not able to relocate to Gurgaon then we can also provide permanent Work from home for this position.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Responsible for understanding functional and business requirements and translate them into effective code
• Provide support till deployment of code into production.
• Ownership for ensuring code optimization, problem diagnosis, and on-time delivery
• Implement solutions as per the pre-defined framework /guidelines and adherence to processes
• Finding an optimal solution for the problem statement
• Conduct peer code review.

What candidate should know about:

• Excellent hands-on experience with Node.Js, Express.Js, JavaScript
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
• Excellent hands-on experience with MongoDB, Mongo aggregation, MySQL
• Ability to build REST services, Authentications, MVC applications
• Excellent Object Oriented Programming skills and ability to write modular, secure, scalable, and maintainable code
• Experience with Elastic Search, Redis.
• Knowledge about AWS components (S3, EC2, Cloudfront, Redis Clusters, etc.)
• Self-learning abilities are required
• Familiarity with upcoming new technologies is a strong plus

• Implement solutions for broadly defined problems
• Drive best practices and engineering excellence
• Be involved in the development of code in object-oriented languages like Java etc and build large scale robust distributed systems
• Be involved in full fledged product development.
• Build New Features, Push them to production fast.
• Debug production issues across services and levels of the stack
• Build services or APIs which will for easy application integrations at Sokrati to develop applications faster.
• Build scalable/fault-tolerant backend systems that process and analyze billions of data points every day.

• 2-4 years of experience in building successful production software systems
• A solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals (based on a BE/BTech or MS in Computer Science)
• Experience developing software services and an understanding of design for scalability, performance and reliability.
• Mastery of the tools of the trade, including a variety of modern programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, C/C++) and open-source technologies (Linux, Spring)
• Proven ability to work in a fast paced, agile and in an ownership and results oriented culture
