IT Project Manager – Team Lead 

About the position:- 

Responsibilities as a Project Manager:

• Stakeholder management, Budget management.
• · Merck specific Processes for project execution.
• Like Risk, info class, IT security etc.
• · Client communication and updates.
• · Daily monitoring and follow-up with development, testing, implementation teams for status update.
• · Project planning, estimation and scheduling the task/assignment for team. · Single point of contact for any other teams.

Required Experience:

2) R Programming, R Studio, R Server/ SQL proficiency is a must.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Coding, Programming and Development: The key responsibility is to perform hands-on coding and build new R models and/or make changes in relevant technologies and frameworks, ensuring project deliverables meet stringent quality and performance standards to existing R Studio Models.
• Client Engagement & Requirements Gathering: Independently engage with client stakeholders to understand data landscapes and requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Support and Maintenance: Manage and Support R Models in production environment.
• API & Database Management: Integrate APIs and manage databases (e.g., Hive, Greenplum, PostgreSQL, Oracle) to support seamless data flows.

Required Skill Set

• Developing new clients for Company’s Cloud/ Saas based software products and services.
• Responsible for end-to-end sales cycle, right from lead generation to deal closure with BANT Approach
• Effectively communicate with prospects to convey the promising brand image and product USP via cold call, email marketing, LinkedIn or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
• Organizing Online & Offline demo to the potential clients

Main Qualifications

• Should have worked in a well scaled and fast paced working environment (Startups beyond Series B or a major tech organisation)

• Comfortable handling multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Well versed with cloud computing and infrastructure management AWS / GCP

• Has worked extensively on designing and implementing Microservices architecture

• Should have experience working with NoSQL data stores such as MongoDb, Cassandra, HBase, DynamoDB, etc.

• Should have experience working with Big Data streaming services such as Kinesis, Kafka, RabbitMQ etc

• Should be highly skilled in Python and have solid exposure to JavaScript
