We're based out of UK and have our engineering team in India.

Job Description

We are looking for a great JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.

Responsibilities

1. Developing new user-facing features using React.js
2. Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
3. Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
4. Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
5. Maintain existing React systems, including fixing bugs
6. Handling backend infra written in Next/Node/Express

Skills

1. Strong proficiency in debugging, JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
2. Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
3. Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
4. Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
5. Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
6. Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
7. Knowledge of isomorphic Next js and Node js is a plus
8. Familiarity with RESTful APIs
9. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
10. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
11. Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
12. Familiarity with basic authentication mechanism and security
13. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
14. A knack for benchmarking and optimization
15. Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git

[Please note: Our HQ is in Wales and we're in the process of creating an Indian Entity. This means that the candidate will be responsible for all Tax related compliances until the entity is setup.]

• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
• Kotlin, Java
• Important libraries include Dagger, RxJava, Realm
• MVVM Clean Architecture
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization
• Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

Requirements:

- Develop content to support SEO strategies to drive traffic to the site and improve website Ranking.

- Understanding of Web publishing requirements.

- Experience in creating content for the web and growing a social audience.

- Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences.

- Expertise in social media platforms.

- Collaborate with multiple teams to develop compelling content plans.

- Ability to deliver high-quality documentation paying attention to details.  

- Basic Knowledge of technical terminologies.

- Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with project stakeholders, gather requirements, and develop the UI application.
• Create reusable, effective, and scalable VueJs Code.
• Implement front-end components with Vue.js and Vuex(redux) framework.
• Ensure developing robust, secure, modular, and maintainable code.
• Translate technical requirements into code.
• Build responsive UI screens with cross-browser & cross-platform support.
• Test and update web applications.

Key Requirements :

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Highly proficient with the JavaScript language and its modern ES6+ syntax and features.
• Experience with the Vue.js ecosystem, including Vue CLI, Vuex, Vue Router, and Nuxt.js
• Should be having strong knowledge in HTML, HTML DOM, Bootstrap, Stylus, Sass, Less, CSS, and npm for builds.
• Good problem solving, decision making, and prioritization

Reporting and Business Intelligence

Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in Report building and Business Intelligence with

Profound knowledge on Oracle BI Publisher and BI Analytics with Oracle Fusion HCM domain especially in Core HR, Payroll and Absences modules

Primary skill:

• Experience generating BI publisher reports, dashboards and drill-down reports
• BI Publisher (RTF design/ eText/ Scheduling/ Parameter Handling/Bursting/backup and migration of reports to different pods)
• Design Oracle BI Publisher Data Models, Data sets and Templates/sub-templates
• Strong PL/SQL and Advanced PL/SQL experience
• Solid understanding of performance tuning best practices and experience improving end-to-end processing times
• Knowledge on the data models related to Fusion HCM (Core HR, Absence and Payroll modules)

Nice to have skills:

• Experience generating BI publisher reports, dashboards and drill-down reports
• Strong OBI Administrator activity
• Create mobile applications with Oracle Business Intelligence Mobile App Designer
• Use BI Mobile to access BI Content
• Create and modify Interactive Dashboards
• Knowledge of additional reporting tools viz. HCM Extract / OTBI / Analysis Dashboard would be an added advantage
