• Develop and execute successful SEO strategies
• Manage team of SEO Specialists.
• Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
• Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
• Optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy
• Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)
• Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects

Requirements:
• Proven experience as SEO Manager, SEM Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Experience with SEO reporting.
• Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Semrush, Screaming Frog, MOZ,) and web analytics tools (e.g.
Google Analytics, WebTrends)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude
• BSc/BA in Marketing, Business or related field.

• Create and update #ARM’s website content as required
• Ensure all-around consistency in the content (style, fonts, images and tone)
• Identify needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics for the website
• Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
• Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
• Write suitable blogs and articles for our community
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to Create infographics, visuals
• Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
• Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
• Understand the Management’s vision and present ideas accordingly

- Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.
