Job Description – Flutter Developer (3–8Years)

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer (3–10 years) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-quality, scalable mobile applications using Flutter for both Android and iOS. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end mobile solutions, lead junior developers, and contribute to architectural and process improvements.

What You Will Be Doing

✔ Develop high-quality, scalable mobile applications using Flutter & Dart

✔ Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into fully functional apps

• Ability to design & build apps from scratch
• Experience with:
• Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Storage, Messaging)
• Location services
• Push notifications
• Video recording modules
• REST API integration
• 3rd-party SDK integrations
• Expertise in:
• Building UI-rich, high-performance mobile apps
• Offline storage, performance tuning, and low battery usage optimization
• Experience using Git/GitHub
• Published at least 1+ app on PlayStore or App Store
• Understanding of Flutter Web
• Basic knowledge of payment gateway integration
• Knowledge of GraphQL is a plus

Content Creation

⮚    Developing content based on identified competencies for all Management levels on Soft Skills, Behavioral, Leadership skills, etc.

⮚    Conduct Pre-& Post Analysis as required to match Executive expectations and design Content in retrospect to expectations.

Qualification :

• Work experience- Minimum 0-4 years, 0-2 years in L & D or HR

• Preferred from BFSI or MFI

About Client : Our client is an American company that develops, manufactures and sells solar micro-inverters, energy generation monitoring software and battery energy storage products

The Back-End engineer will develop, maintain, architect & expand cloud microservices. Codebase uses Java, Spring Boot, Mongo, REST APIs, MySQL. Applications are dockerized and hosted in AWS using plethora of AWS services.
