Requirements:

Salary & Probation:

Duration: 1 month

Salary during probation: 15,000 - 35,000 /month

 

After probation:

Annual CTC: 2 - 3 LPA (All fixed).

Roles and Responsibilities:

Academic Research:

Guide international University level students on completing their research papers. Develop sample research papers for the students for their reference.

Online Tutoring:

Teach international University students through individual or group tutorials in a virtual learning environment (VLE). Develop video lectures for the students.

Academic Mentoring:

Answer students’ questions through doubt clearing sessions. Guide students in exams preparations.

Required Candidate profile:

• Excellent Written & Oral Communication Skills in English Strong Comprehension Ability
• Exceptional Subject Matter Expertise.
• Intensive and Extensive Internet Research Skills Output Authenticity & Reliability.
• Ability to work under pressure within deadlines; Target and Quality oriented.
• Inclination towards Research and Writing.
• Must possess high level of concentration abilities and must be open to learn new concepts quickly.

• Management - MBA (Finance/HRM/Operations/Project Management) Public.

• Nursing/Medicine - M.Sc.in Nursing/BDS/MDS/MBBS/B-Pharma/M-Pharma

• Molecular Biology/Genetics/Bio-medical Science - B.Tech/ M.Tech/ B.Sc/M.Sc

• Accounting and Finance - C.A/C.FA/B.com/M.com

• LAW - LLB/LLM

We are looking for a smart and knowledgeable legal intern with moot court experience and understanding of law and regulations in the technical domain. 

 

Skills Required

• Enrolled in a Law degree or law major subjects.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Attention to detail with previous work experience in an office environment.
• Legal Experience in handling civil and corporate cases. 
• Creative, independent, multi-tasker, hard-working, well organized and a team player.
• Understanding of the laws and regulations in technology space.
• A self-starter with a proactive can-do attitude, comfortable with constant change & fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, google docs.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing the legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Researching on various legal topics, policy framing and legal document structure. 
• Participating in the drafting and negotiation of contracts / contractual clauses
• Timely execution of agreements.
• Maintain and update database of company’s documents, licenses, permits and letters to enable easier reference for tracking systems.
• Assist with internal policy documents.
• Other legal duties and management.
