As healthcare networks grow, processing hospital claims accurately and coordinating with insurers and TPAs becomes a critical operational function. This role will be responsible for making sure claims move through the process accurately, efficiently and within defined SLAs.

About the Role-

We are looking for a Hospital Claims & TPA Processor to manage and oversee hospital claims and TPA-related operations.

You will work with hospitals, TPAs, insurers and internal operations teams to ensure that claims and related documentation are processed correctly and on time.

This is a detail-oriented role where accuracy, documentation, follow-up and SLA management are critical.

What You Will Do-

• Process and review hospital claims received from healthcare providers.
• Coordinate with hospitals and TPAs for claim-related documentation.
• Verify claim forms, bills, medical documents and supporting records.
• Check claims for completeness and identify missing or inconsistent information.
• Track claims from submission through processing and closure.
• Follow up with hospitals and TPAs on pending claims and documentation.
• Coordinate on claim queries, discrepancies and re-submissions.
• Maintain accurate claim records and status updates.
• Ensure claims are processed within defined SLAs.
• Monitor pending, rejected, queried and approved claims.
• Escalate cases that require additional review or intervention.
• Maintain claim trackers and operational reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues.
• Identify recurring documentation or processing issues and help improve the workflow.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling healthcare and claim-related information.

What We're Looking For-

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in hospital claims, TPA operations, insurance claims, healthcare operations or hospital billing is preferred.
• Good understanding of the hospital insurance/TPA claims process.
• Experience working with hospitals, insurers or TPAs is a strong advantage.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good understanding of claim documentation and verification.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and operational trackers.
• Ability to manage multiple claims and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare operations environment.

Compensation & Employment-

Compensation: ₹20,000–₹35,000 per month

About the Role-

We are looking for a Network & Pricing Executive / Associate who will help expand and strengthen LabStack's healthcare provider network across India.

You will work closely with diagnostic labs, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, home healthcare providers, nurses, phlebotomists and other healthcare partners.

This role combines provider onboarding, commercial negotiation, pricing, network expansion and relationship management.

You will play a direct role in determining where LabStack can fulfil healthcare services and at what commercial terms.

What You Will Do-

• Identify and onboard new healthcare providers across cities and pincodes.
• Build relationships with diagnostic labs, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and home healthcare providers.
• Reach out to potential providers and understand their services, locations, capacity and operating capabilities.
• Negotiate provider pricing, commercial terms and service conditions.
• Compare market pricing and maintain competitive pricing structures.
• Create and maintain provider rate cards.
• Expand LabStack's network into new cities, locations and service categories.
• Coordinate with providers to activate new services and locations.
• Verify provider information, service availability, pricing and operational details.
• Work with internal operations teams to ensure newly onboarded providers can actually fulfil orders.
• Track provider onboarding pipelines and follow up until activation.
• Monitor provider performance, pricing and availability.
• Identify gaps in the network and proactively find providers to fill them.
• Maintain accurate provider and pricing data in internal systems.
• Work with operations and product teams to improve provider onboarding workflows.

What We're Looking For-

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Experience in healthcare operations, provider networks, healthcare marketplaces, diagnostics, hospitals, insurance, TPAs, pharmacy, home healthcare or a related industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners, hospital/lab representatives and healthcare professionals.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and numbers.
• Ability to understand and compare pricing structures.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Willingness to make calls, conduct follow-ups and build relationships directly.

Compensation & Employment-

Compensation: ₹25,000–₹50,000 per month
