Role Overview
We are looking for a Legal Manager to manage contracts, legal documentation, and compliance across commercial, vendor, employment, and regulatory matters. The role will work closely with Sales, HR, Finance, and Leadership to support business growth while mitigating legal risks.
Key Responsibilities
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts including MSAs, SaaS agreements, DPAs, SLAs, vendor agreements, NDAs, and employment contracts
• Manage and maintain contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes
• Standardize legal templates and improve contract turnaround time
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements
• Support data protection and privacy compliance
• Maintain statutory records and corporate documentation
• Develop internal legal playbooks and approval workflows
• Identify legal risks and provide practical solutions for business teams
• Coordinate with external legal counsel when required
• Support fundraising, due diligence, and board documentation if needed
Requirements
• LLB / LLM from a recognized university
• 0–3 years of experience in corporate or commercial law
• Experience handling MSAs, SaaS contracts, DPAs, and vendor agreements
• Understanding of contract lifecycle management
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment

• Knowledge of data privacy laws (GDPR, DPDP Act)

Territory Sales Manager
The Territory Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales operations within a designated geographic area or territory. This role involves driving sales growth, managing relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that sales targets and quotas are met. The Territory Manager will work closely with the sales team and senior management to align territory-specific strategies with the company’s overall goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth & Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory. Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities to increase market share and revenue.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the territory. Regularly meet with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with the company’s products/services.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience Requirements:
6+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry. Experience in managing a sales territory or region is a plus.
Skills Required:
