Job Description for HRSD:

ServiceNow HR Service Delivery Role Overview The ServiceNow Technical Lead is responsible for the technical design, development, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions across HRSD, and other modules. This role provides technical leadership, ensures adherence to best practices, and drives platform optimization to meet business objectives. The Technical Lead acts as a mentor for developers and collaborates with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

 Key Responsibilities

* Solution Design Architecture:

○ Define technical architecture for ServiceNow implementations and integrations.

○ Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise standards.

 * Development Configuration:

○ Lead development of custom applications, workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide).

○ Configure HRSD, and other modules

* Project Leadership:

○ Manage technical delivery across all phases: requirements, design, build, testing, deployment.

○ Mentor junior developers and ensure code quality through reviews and best practices.

 * Integration Automation:

○ Implement integrations with HRIS (Workday, SAP), IT tools, and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

○ Drive automation initiatives leveraging Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.

 * Governance Documentation:

○ Maintain technical documentation (architecture diagrams, DTS, specifications).

○ Support platform upgrades, patching, and performance optimization.

 * Stakeholder Engagement:

○ Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and client teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

○ Provide technical guidance during workshops and demos.

 * RUN:

○ Provide Support to the team (Dev, BA, client)

○ Ensure quality compliance

○ Ensure Incident resolution according to contract

○ Animate dev community

○ Active contributor to AI initiatives

•Certifications (Mandatory)

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Human Resources (CIS-HR)

Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and animation skills

• Proficient in design software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop etc.)

• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Understanding of the lead generation process and how to create effective visuals

• Preferably, Previous experience of working with a Lead Generation house or agency

• Preferably, some exposure to content writing

Roles & Responsibilities :

·        To lead team from front to all the software developers including Interns at b+m India office

·        To upgrade and guide to the entire software developers team with technical solutions and updated technologies from time to time .

·        Participate in the complete lifecycle of projects from inception to deployment to value delivery.

·        Developing best practices to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope of work.

·        Create a project Management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective. Developing and monitoring project plans, project schedules, working hours and ensuring project deadlines are met.

·        Escalate all obstacles that cannot be dealt with promptly that could result in project delays.

·        Communicate project status and key issues to stakeholders on a regular basis.

·        Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects (if needed).

·        Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

·        Delegate project tasks based on requirement to the team members' ,  individual strengths, skill sets, and as per their experience levels.

·        Attend seminars and training as required improve & maintain proficiency (if needed).

·        Perform other software development related duties like,

     Software development in C# with MS Visual Studio, Developing and designing GUIs in WPF.

     Source code development for libraries (.dll), e.g. for data exchange

     Creating standard interfaces via web service and OPC UA

    Connecting MS SQL database systems for secure data transfer.

Creating VR and AR applications in Unity

• Create content marketing campaigns to drive leads and subscribers Use SEO best practices to generate traffic to our site
• Regularly produce various content types, including email, social media posts, blogs and white papers
• Actively manage and promote our blog, and pitch articles to relevant third-party platforms
• Edit content produced by other members of the team
• Analyze content marketing metrics and makes changes as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas

As a product engineer, you will be responsible for continuous improvement of Cashfree experience for all our customers and end-users. You will dream big but identify and take small steps towards achieving that goal. You will receive great feedbacks at every step of the development cycle from your peers to our customers and end-users.

You may be working on architecting the money disbursement flow or creating most-friendly interface for consumer payment. All our engineers identify as generalist and building products that are useful and delightful are core to our engineering culture.

You're more than a coder. You wil be part of entire product process, from conceptualizing till post-launch evaluation. You should have deep empathy for the users to minimize the gap between what we build and what they need. Have sound judgement to balance between code writing speed and it's maintainability. Knowledge of variety of server-side/frontend frameworks is desirable but not compulsory.
