Role Description

• Office 365 Migration Specialist
• Position requires prior Office 365 mailbox migration experience, scheduling migration batches and process management.
• Under the general direction of the customer IT/Security/Okta Teams is responsible for assisting in the planning and support of the migration from multiple on-premises Exchange environments & third party provided Mail services into a single Azure-hosted Office 365 environment.
• Candidates must be flexible to work Monday through Friday

Experience and educational requirements

• Bachelors degree/Any equivalent Post Graduation.

Experience: 4 to 8 years

Qualifications :

Position: Customer Service Executive

As the Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer satisfaction. An outstanding customer service executive should possess a proven record of successful customer service and management skills. Along with the team, you will ensure that the customer experience delivers the brand values.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Educating customers by presenting and explaining retail products, answering queries, and helping customers make selections by building customer confidence and offering suggestions/opinions
• Replenishing retail shelves as per store requirement
• Managing store visual merchandising and managing customer billing and gift-wrapping
• Maintaining the Daily/Weekly/Monthly inventory records and supporting the Store Manager in stock reconciliations
• Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
• Following the cleaning and hygiene guidelines set by the store

Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

• Candidate should ideally have 2- 3 years of experience in a similar profile
• Graduate in any stream. Hotel Management qualification/ course will be an added advantage.

• 2+ Years of hands-on experience in design, architect, developing and delivering
• cross platform Xamarin.Android, Xamarin.iOS and Xamarin.Forms applications
• using Microsoft Visual Studio/VS for MAC.
• Mobile application development fundamentals (Android/iOS - Xamarin)
• Experience in designing and developing custom controls for Android, Windows
• and iOS.
• Should have a strong knowledge of OOPS and intermediate knowledge of
• front-end GUI design and development.
• Working knowledge of data parsing, storing and related patterns.
• Strong in C#, the .NET framework and object oriented programming patterns and
