Key Responsibilities:

Handle post-booking queries, modifications, and cancellations.

Coordinate with hotels for confirmations and resolve any issues.

Provide customer support via calls, emails, and chats.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Knowledge & Experience required:

Preferably with product based startup experience
