Key Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The Real Estate Funding Head will lead the sourcing, structuring, and management of funding for real estate projects. This role requires a strategic finance leader with deep knowledge of real estate finance, capital markets, and investor relations. Funding Strategy & Management:

• Develop and implement comprehensive funding strategies for real estate projects aligned with business goals.
• Identify and evaluate multiple funding sources including banks, financial institutions, private equity, venture capital, and alternative financing.
