Job Title: AI Video Creator – Generative AI & VFX

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled AI Video Creator with VFX experience to join our creative production team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in video creation, VFX, motion graphics, animation, or post-production, along with hands-on exposure to Generative AI tools for creating images and videos.

The candidate will be responsible for developing engaging and visually appealing video content by combining AI-generated assets, VFX, motion graphics, animation, compositing, and video editing.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality AI-generated videos and visual content for marketing, social media, advertisements, product videos, and creative campaigns.
• Use Generative AI tools for text-to-video, image-to-video, text-to-image, and video enhancement.
• Convert creative concepts and scripts into engaging visual content.
• Create AI-generated characters, environments, backgrounds, objects, and cinematic scenes.
• Combine AI-generated footage with VFX, motion graphics, animation, and traditional video footage.
• Perform basic to intermediate compositing, rotoscoping, masking, tracking, chroma keying, cleanup, and visual effects.
• Edit and assemble video sequences using professional editing software.
• Create smooth transitions, camera movements, cinematic effects, and other visual enhancements.
• Maintain consistency in characters, environments, lighting, colors, and visual style across multiple shots.
• Work closely with designers, creative teams, and project managers to understand creative requirements.
• Make revisions based on feedback and deliver projects within agreed timelines.
• Explore and test new AI video-generation tools and creative workflows to improve quality and production efficiency.
• Ensure all final videos meet required visual, technical, and quality standards.

Experience with prompt engineering for generating images and videos is required.

VFX & Video Production

• Adobe After Effects

• Adobe Photoshop
• Basic knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or Nuke will be an advantage.
• Understanding of:
• Compositing
• Rotoscoping
• Motion tracking

• Basic animation
• Video editing

Experience

• 2–3 years of professional experience in VFX, video editing, motion graphics, animation, digital content creation, or a related field.
• Practical experience creating videos using Generative AI tools.
• Experience working with After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Ability to combine AI-generated content with conventional VFX and post-production techniques.
• Experience in advertising, social media, product videos, entertainment, branding, or digital content creation is preferred.

Good to Have

• Basic knowledge of 3D modeling and animation.
• Experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or Unreal Engine.
• Familiarity with ComfyUI, ControlNet, LoRA, Stable Diffusion, or similar AI workflows.
• Understanding of cinematography, camera angles, lighting, composition, and storytelling.
• Experience creating short-form content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
• Ability to experiment with new AI tools and quickly learn emerging technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities

§ Writing, editing and publishing engaging content for various social networks, including Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter and Facebook etc.

§ Tracking and reporting on social media responses by analyzing traffic to the site

§ Update our social media pages with compelling company news, events, celebrations or solutions and services

§ Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner

§ Maintaining a visible online on social media presence and adhering to the marketing goals

§ Increasing the company's awareness and readership by using relevant advertising techniques

§ Optimize social media content (language, message, tone) on the basis of the behaviour of our target audience

§ Familiarity with paid advertisement and aware about different websites, and tools for creating graphics, images and video content

§ To create a range of engaging digital content such as Marketing and      

 Promotional videos and Reels to be used across a variety of online

 platforms and social media channels.

§ To help us maximise our online profile and develop our ever-growing social media presence through the creation of video driven strategies and digital media content.

§ Pays attention to trends on Instagram Reels creating and analyzing what works for our business.

§ Coordinate with the creative department to create advertising/engagement posts (e.g. for Company Events, Job posts, etc.)

§ Contribute to the creation of various content materials including: Blogs, Articles, Website Pages, Email templates, Social Media posts etc

§ Develop a deep understanding of MHFAI’s business, brand voice, and target audiences.

§ Develop posts and articles on a wide range of topics that resonate with our target audience and drive traffic to our website

§ Proofread and edit content to ensure high-quality standards, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation

§ Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and      industry best practices to maximize efficiency

§ Requirements and skills

§ 3+ years of solid experience in digital content marketing or related fields

§ Excellent written and oral Communication skills

§ The ability to create original web content with images or videos

§ Proven work experience as a Social Media content writer or a similar role

§ Hands-on experience using various social media platforms to advertise

§ Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio

§ Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision

§ Working knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, and keyword research

§ Strong research skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise content

§ Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas
