Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Video Editor with 0-3 years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about video editing, with a strong focus on creating engaging content for short-form videos, reels, and podcasts. This role requires the ability to work on-site and collaborate closely with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos, including reels, shorts, and podcasts.
• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute video content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Assist in on-site video shoots, ensuring all footage is captured according to project requirements.
• Perform basic color correction, sound editing, and graphic integration to enhance video quality.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends and tools to continuously improve content quality.

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of experience in video editing, with a portfolio showcasing short-form content, reels, and podcasts.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and the type of content that performs well on each.
• Ability to work on-site as needed, with flexibility for occasional travel.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in basic motion graphics and animation.
• Familiarity with audio editing software for podcast production.
• Understanding of color grading and sound design.

• Implement defined user interfaces and experiences based on technical specifications
• Reviews and develops requirements, generate designs, provides rough order of magnitude estimates, implements, and performs unit testing
• Collaborate with our team of educational application designers, graphic artists, backend systems engineers, QA, and operational teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-value educational software products
• Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills to negotiate different perspectives and goals
• Holds themselves to a high standard of quality and works with the broader team to ensure that the products meet those standards
• Works independently on multiple projects at one time, balancing needs, and deadlines
• Troubleshoot problems of a complex nature
• Supports systems that he/she has, and has not implemented
• Keeps informed of technical advances. Proposes changes based on newer technology

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Minimum of four years of software engineering experience
• Minimum of three years of software engineering experience building multi-tier enterprise applications
• Demonstrated track record of designing, developing, and delivering single page, web-based applications based on Angular.io or other similar JS libraries
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or relevant work experience
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and Nexus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

The team Causality Biomodels is searching for a full stack developer with a strong focus on Python, capable of taking on a lead developer role.

You will be mainly focusing on the following areas:

• Implementing new features by modifying our backend system and UI according to the product backlog and discussions with the team.
