TA will be responsible for sourcing both active and passive candidates and cultivating a pipeline of best-in-class talent through innovative outreach methods. Proactively build talent pipelines for Tech and functional roles .Create successful sourcing strategies using multiple resources tailored to individual business needs and markets .

Conduct detailed candidate screening conversations to qualify prospects for roles /Maintain pipeline funnel metrics and KPI's Create and own an amazing candidate and new hire experience!

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer with a strong background in front end development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in developing web and mobile applications using React JS, React Native, Angular, and other modern technologies. You will be responsible for leading complex projects, interacting with clients, and working in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain mobile and web applications using React JS and React Native. • Handle DevOps tasks using tools such as Filezilla and PuTTY. • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of applications. • Integrate third-party services such as Google Maps, Firebase, and payment gateways. • Ensure responsive UI design and integration of RESTful APIs. • Work on hybrid mobile application development for both Android and iOS platforms. • Manage system design and development, including error handling, exception management, and logging. • Perform code reviews, testing, and release management. • Utilize tools like Git, Azure DevOps, and various IDEs for development and project management.

Required Qualifications:

• Primary Skills: React JS, React Native, Angular (4+ years of experience). • Experience with iOS (Xcode) and Android (Android Studio). • Programming Languages: JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, PHP. • Frameworks and Libraries: Redux, jQuery, Ionic (3/4), AJAX. • Databases: MS SQL Server, MySQL. • Development Tools: Sublime, Dreamweaver, Visual Studio, Xcode. • Experience with design patterns, code reviews, and testing. • Domain booking, hosting, domain migration, cPanel, PhpMyAdmin. • Familiarity with Git and Azure DevOps. • Proven track record of working on complex projects and delivering high-quality solutions. • Experience in integrating third-party APIs and handling DevOps tasks. • Strong understanding of responsive UI design and lifecycle management.

• Sound knowledge of Core Java, JSP, Servlets & MVC, Spring

Design and Develop OOTB and custom application on ServiceNow platform

with primary focus on HRSD development

 Responsible for design and architect of HRSD application like HR case

management, Enterprise On-boarding , HR integrations, Employee centre ,

HR taxonomy(etc.

 Work closely with the user experience and platform team to create and

enhance HRSD Employee portal and mobile application.

 The developer will be involved in developing and maintaining Processes on

ServiceNow platform and will need excellent knowledge of Service Portal

setup, JavaScript, HTML, CSS. jQuery, AJAX, angular.js etc.

 Testing of new and existing functionality

 Documentation of new and existing process

 Training of end users

Experience and Skills

Required

 About 4-7 years of experience in developing application using ServiceNow

platform Development & administration )

 Expertise with ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery application

in the area of HR case management , HR lifecycle events(On-boarding ,

offboarding etc etc), Employee Centre.

 Extensive experience creating custom Widget using html, CSS, bootstrap ,

AngularJS etc

 Experience with Now mobile app.

 Experience in extensive cross-browser testing and support.

 Hands on ServiceNow integration experience using Web Service, SOAP

/REST.

 Practical experience of servicenow integration with ERP systems like Oracle

Cloud

 An appreciation of supporting production systems and end users.

 Passion to work in Enterprise Applications area.

 Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong analytical & debugging skills.
