1. Total of 11+ years of experience in the software industry
2. 10+ years of experience in Telecom domain
3. 10+ years of hands-on experience in software products/solutions preferably with development background
4. Should have played multiple roles including software product/solutions delivery, business analysis, pre-
sales, customer-facing across multiple geographies
5. Domain experience should include the following:
a. Core networking, NFV, SDN, SNMP, switching, routing (e.g. HLR, CDRs, SMSC)
b. Telecom protocols such as SIP, VoIP
c. Experience 3G, 4G, LTE, 5G
d. E2E solution design
e. TOGAF or equivalent certified
2. Preferred technology stack/skills:
a. Java and/or C++ or Telecom COTS products (Siebel, Netcracker, Amdocs)
b. Distributed systems (web services/micro services, databases)
c. Containers and orchestration frameworks (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
d. Cloud concepts
e. Scalable and HA (High Availability) architecture
f. Secure engineering
2. Experience in leading responses to large RFPs, RFIs, RFQs
3. Experience working on building carrier grade products/systems
4. Travel readiness for conferences, presentations, workshops
 
Job Responsibilities
1. Solution design responses to RFPs
2. Provide Telecom domain expertise cover to all existing engagements and identify areas of growth by
tailoring proactive propositions
3. Research competing products/solutions and changing paradigms in the context of latest trends in domain
and technology
4. Identify and build new service offerings
5. Capability presentation to prospects
6. Front-end key customer engagements from domain perspective
7. Provide consultation to delivery teams on domain side
8. Identify, groom and build domain expertise within delivery teams & proliferate a culture of knowing the
customer, products and the domain
9. Ability to elicit functional and non-functional requirements from high level requirements.

Key Responsibilities
 Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to
resolution
 Understand, interpret, reproduce, and diagnose issues reported by the customers.
 Researching, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve product issues
 Should be able to handle voice calls, emails and online web sessions with the
customer as part of technical troubleshooting

 Should exhibit patience and empathy while working with customer with an aim to
drive positive customer experience
 Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the
appropriate internal teams
 Following standard procedures for submitting tickets to the engineering team for
further investigation of unresolved issues
 Contributing actively towards knowledge base articles
 Adherence to strict SLA’s
 Ready to work in early morning, general and afternoon shifts, including weekends, on
rotation basis
 Should demonstrate an aptitude and appetite for learning newer technologies while
expanding on the core knowledge

Primary skills:
 1-3;3-8 years of relevant experience.
 Strong technical knowledge on:
 Cloud Technologies – AWS, Azure etc.
 Databases – SQL, Oracle, MySQL etc.
 Operating Systems – Linux, Windows etc.
 Networking – Basic networking concepts and troubleshooting
 Programming knowledge – Java, Python (Desirable, not a must has) o Prior experience
with REST and SOAP calls.
 Excellent communication skills – English written and verbal
 HTTP technology and principles, including REST and SOAP principles (Required)
 JSON & XML Data formats (required)
 Javascript Regular Expression (Good to have)
 Good understanding of networking protocols and applications (TCP/IP, proxies, load
balancing, firewalls, etc.) (Required)
 Working knowledge of database technologies and SQL (Required)
 In-depth familiarity of Linux (Required) (advanced user; sysadmin experience a bonus,
but not required)
 Strong analytical and logical reasoning for technical troubleshooting
 Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams – Dev, QA, Infrastructure teams etc.
 Should be a team player who keeps team’s success before individual achievements
 Knowledge on data integration (Informatica/ Mulesoft))

Responsibilities:
• Analyzing/Triaging the Wi-Fi & GPS Connectivity and enhancing the Wi-Fi & GPS Features

Job requirements:
• Engineering degree
• 5-8 years of hands-on experience on Connectivity concepts and Wi-Fi Module
• Strong Knowledge on Wi-Fi Architecture and Android Framework and Firmware layer
• Strong knowledge of Wi-Fi Features, and Wi-Fi Standards
• Good understanding of Qualcomm CNSS subsystem, firmware and system level features
• Strong Knowledge on the Wi-Fi Debugging concepts & Log collection and Wlan Standards
• Ready to Debug/work in any Connectivity modules like NFC/Bluetooth/GPS
• Preferably should have experience, who is working in Qualcomm SM 6X/7X/8X series
