Key Responsibilities
Instructional Design & Development
● Lead the end-to-end instructional design process to create engaging, scalable, and user-centric learning content.
● Develop training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual ILT (vILT), guides, and job aids.
● Ensure all training content aligns with adult learning principles, industry best practices, and company objectives.
SaaS Integration Training
● Design and deliver training programs focused on SaaS platform integration, API usage, and customization workflows.
● Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable learning solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
● Collaborate with product and engineering teams to stay updated on platform updates, integration capabilities, and best practices.
Leadership & Collaboration
● Manage and mentor a team of instructional designers, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverables.
● Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to assess training needs and define learning objectives.
● Collaborate with customer success, product management, and marketing teams to align training with customer journeys.
Technology & Tools
● Utilize authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar to create e-learning modules.
● Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) to manage and distribute content effectively.
● Integrate multimedia elements, interactive simulations, and assessments into training materials to enhance engagement.
Metrics & Improvement ● Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through learner feedback, performance data, and completion rates.
● Continuously iterate on learning content to improve quality and relevance.
● Collaborate with various internal teams (e.g., engineering, product, marketing, support) to incorporate customer insights and real-world use cases into training content, ensuring that all learning solutions meet both business and customer needs.
● Align training content with business and customer success goals, ensuring measurable impact on product adoption, customer satisfaction, and retention. Regularly assess the effectiveness of training programs to optimize learning outcomes and business results.
● Utilize an agile instructional design approach to quickly adapt training content in response to evolving product features, customer feedback, and business requirements. Regularly update and improve course materials to keep pace with product updates.
● Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery of training initiatives to ensure on-time, high-quality outputs. Manage competing priorities and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain project alignment.
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
● 9+ years of experience in instructional design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
● Proven experience in creating training for SaaS platforms, particularly in integration and API-based workflows.
● Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.
● Proficiency with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate), video editing tools, and graphic design software.
● Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM-compliant content.

Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to
resolution
Understand, interpret, reproduce, and diagnose issues reported by the customers.
Researching, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve product issues
Should be able to handle voice calls, emails and online web sessions with the
customer as part of technical troubleshooting
Should exhibit patience and empathy while working with customer with an aim to
drive positive customer experience
Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the
appropriate internal teams
Following standard procedures for submitting tickets to the engineering team for
further investigation of unresolved issues
Contributing actively towards knowledge base articles
Adherence to strict SLA’s
Ready to work in early morning, general and afternoon shifts, including weekends, on
rotation basis
Should demonstrate an aptitude and appetite for learning newer technologies while
expanding on the core knowledge
Primary skills:
1-3;3-8 years of relevant experience.
Strong technical knowledge on:
Cloud Technologies – AWS, Azure etc.
Databases – SQL, Oracle, MySQL etc.
Operating Systems – Linux, Windows etc.
Networking – Basic networking concepts and troubleshooting
Programming knowledge – Java, Python (Desirable, not a must has) o Prior experience
with REST and SOAP calls.
Excellent communication skills – English written and verbal
HTTP technology and principles, including REST and SOAP principles (Required)
JSON & XML Data formats (required)
Javascript Regular Expression (Good to have)
Good understanding of networking protocols and applications (TCP/IP, proxies, load
balancing, firewalls, etc.) (Required)
Working knowledge of database technologies and SQL (Required)
In-depth familiarity of Linux (Required) (advanced user; sysadmin experience a bonus,
but not required)
Strong analytical and logical reasoning for technical troubleshooting
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams – Dev, QA, Infrastructure teams etc.
Should be a team player who keeps team’s success before individual achievements
Knowledge on data integration (Informatica/ Mulesoft))

▪ Experience in developing internet web applications using Java/J2EE technologies.
▪ Experience in different modules of Spring framework like Dependency Injection (IoC), Spring MVC, Spring ORM along with JPA.
▪ Experience in Java Version 7.0+. Good experience with JMS, Spring & Hibernate.
▪ Experience in identifying database solutions for a given problem, preferably MySQL (good to have)
