What You'll Actually Do
- Hunt for great talent across startups & product companies
- Talk to candidates, screen them, get them excited about the role
- Coordinate interviews and keep the whole hiring engine running smooth

- Jump into high-impact work - because startups don't run on job descriptions
Who Should Apply
People from all backgrounds are welcome to apply!!
Coming from Sales, Operations, Customer Success or Hospitality? You'll probably be great at this. - If you can talk to strangers, read a room and keep 10 things organised in your head at once - you already have half the skillset TA needs.
One condition though: Apply only if you genuinely want to build a career in Talent Acquisition. This isn't a "resume filler" internship - it's for people who want to get good at this and stick around (PPO is real, and we mean it).

FlutterWhat is the Job like?
- Architect super configurable mobile SDKs - the one’s which are written in native but are server-controlled
- Build a suite of Mobile Backend services which will control the SDK distribution and mobile configurations
- Fantasy the idea of composing a mobile application from different components rather than build every application from scratch
- Expertise in security - cryptography, encrypted secure storage, mobile security to power our super-secure payments originating from mobile devices
- Work on a framework to let mobile developers build their mobile screens on multiple stacks - native, server-driven, web, react-native, flutter, ionic etc.
Who should apply?
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in engineering (computer science, information systems)
- 8+ years of experience building enterprise systems including at least 2 years of direct people management experience
- Worked on large scale mobile applications with a good understanding of mobile stack
- Good understanding of server stack as well so as to have a good understanding of the entire story
- Good understanding of SDK distribution using maven, pods, xcframeworks etc
- Analyse, design and architect, develop and maintain software solutions across multiple projects
- Direct and provide ongoing leadership for a team of individual contributors, set objectives, review performances, define growth plan and nurture.
- Drive best practices, and is a pro with agile methodologies/practices - SCRUM, Test Driven Development (TDD)
- Manage headcount, deliverables, schedules across ongoing projects, ensure that resources are appropriately allocated and timelines are met in accordance with the project roadmaps

Java Building highly-scalable and secure payments platform
Primary owners of one or more components of the platform and will drive
innovation in your area of ownership
Working with various product teams gathering requirements and adding capabilities
Working with some of the smartest people in the industry and will have ample

Using cutting-edge cryptography to secure payments beyond industry standards
Deriving actionable insights by mining TBs of data
Building low-level infrastructure that aims to push the boundaries of network
performance

What do we look for?
If you spend time cracking NP hard problems rather than cracking nuts, you are the
most laziest person and automates everything, you appreciate beauty of code
(bonus if you can sing “Finite simple group of order 2”), you should apply in t=0
Good understanding of Databases
Good understanding of networking (especially with HTTP)
Good understanding of OS concepts
2-4 years of experience
Should have hands on development experience with Object Oriented Programming
(Java is highly preferred) on a large scale system
Understands and showcase ownership of the products
Good with concepts of scaling and worked with distributed systems
Review and influence new evolving design, architecture, standards and methods
with stability, maintainability and scale in mind
Identify patterns and provide solutions to class of problems
Research, evaluate and socialize new tools, technologies, and techniques to improve
the value of the system
Be able to multi-task, prioritize and handle dependencies with minimal oversight
