What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end ownership of complex systems: design, build, deploy, monitor, and iterate at scale.
• Architect high-performance backends in Kotlin (or JVM langs) that handle real-time routing and IoT data.
• Craft scalable React UIs that power ops dashboards and parent-facing apps.
• Drive cloud decisions across AWS, Azure/GCP—optimising costs for our bootstrap runway.
• Apply DSA/system design to solve hard problems like dynamic route optimization and predictive scaling.
• Shape the engineering roadmap: propose, prioritise, and ship features with founders.
• Mentor juniors while executing solo on high-impact bets—no layers, just results.

We're Looking For

• 3-6 years of hands-on engineering where you've owned and shipped production systems (prove it with code/stories).
• Elite CS fundamentals: advanced DSA, system design (distributed systems a must), design patterns.
• Mastery of Kotlin/Java + modern React; real AWS experience (EC2, IAM, CLI—you know our stack).

·     Desired Candidate

• 5-8 years’ Experience of services selling like Solution Selling, Gift Cards Platforms, Loyalty Programs or Software services, IT Solutions/ Software (SaaS)
• Track record of meeting the target numbers from year-on-year
• Significant experience with face-to-face presentations to executive level decision makers
• Show consistent success with a maintaining and building client relationships within an enterprise account base
• Experience creating and developing long-term client relationships
• Evidence of high performance, entrepreneurial spirit and team player
• Graduate, MBA in Sales/ Marketing will be an advantage
• Excellent communication in English and local language
• Ready to work as an Individual Contributor and travel across the required region.

Strong enterprise sales executive profile

Mandatory (Experience 1):Must have 2+ years of selling B2B SaaS.

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have 2+ of experience of selling to enterprise clients OR to manufacturing industry OR selling FinTech product, SAP Product sales/Finance ERP solutions (like invoice processing, vendor management, Source to pay, Compliance solutions).

Mandatory (Sales Skills):Must have experience in end to end sales from lead generation, prospecting, demos, proposal building, negotiation, and deal closure

Mandatory (Stability): Must have stable career history — no frequent job hopping

Mandatory (Note): Final round is F2F (client will handle the travel)

Key Responsibilities:

• Banking industry Experience, preferably in Securities Lending Domain (LAS – Loan against securities).
• Solution experience in one of more of the following Lending areas :- Business Process Automation, Credit & Portfolio Analytics, Commercial Loan Product, Loan Servicing and Risk Management.
• Familiar with multiple securities events i.e. Share sale, Corporate action, Revaluation, DP & LTV Calculations etc.
• Should be able to play catalyst role between business and IT.
• Good Communication skills with ability to lead domain discussions with BFSI Stakeholders.
• Should be able to provide domain support to development and technical teams on core Securities Lending domain.
• Provide support to business teams in terms of answering questions, clarifying requirements, and resolving issues as they arise during design and development.

• End-to-End Design Execution: Lead and execute all stages of the design process, from wireframes to visual design, across complex B2B and niche B2C applications (web and mobile).

• Review & Feedback: Critically evaluate wireframes, user flows, and visual designs, ensuring they meet both ProCreator’s high standards and client expectations.
