What we are looking for in our Frontend Engineering Manager:

• You'll be responsible for managing frontend projects from conception to completion, ensuring their scalability and impact.
• Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing solutions while ensuring quality and performance are not compromised, providing expertise in front-end technologies, interactions, and optimizations.
• Maintaining close collaboration with key stakeholders, particularly in marketing, you'll facilitate communication essential to project success.
• Technical expertise is essential. Our frontend engineering team is distinguished by its hands-on coding proficiency.
• You'll thrive in our dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrating a passion for continuous learning and the ability to mentor others.

What we expect from the candidate:

• 8 (Min) to 10 (Max) years of experience in front-end development, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience with frontend technologies such as NextJS, ReactJS, and TypeScript is preferred.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript,
• Possess a strong grasp of grid systems, responsive web design (RWD), reflow principles, and mobile interactions, with the ability to implement dynamic elements such as GIFs, animations, videos, and parallax effects to enhance landing page experiences.
• Exceptional skills in system design and architecture and cloud hosting solutions, enabling the creation of robust front-end solutions.
• Prior experience in SaaS or product-based companies is highly desirable.
• A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing resumes through Job portals, other sources, head hunting and references.
• Screening profiles according to the job specifications.
• Conducting the first level of interviews.
• Coordination with the candidates till successful on boarding.
• Coordinating with various departments for the hiring process.
• Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
• Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled.
• Assisting the HR team in gathering market information regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.

• Create a brand and positioning strategy for the company. Own key P&L goals including TVL, User acquisition, and # users across multiple chains
• Segmentation, targeting, and acquisition strategies across user segments and channels
• Design and implement company brand strategy on social media, including Twitter, Discord, Medium, and Telegram
• Build and execute communications campaigns across different Proof of Staking chains that tell the company story to multiple audiences
• Work with influencers, community to expand the audience and widen the reach of the company
• Design community development and engagement strategies. Manage community managers and implement community strategy

Essential Skills & experience:

• Goal-driven, Structured thinker and Operator
• Experience with Community building across social media
• 1-3 years in growth marketing or product marketing, preferably with experience in the blockchain/cryptocurrency space
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English). Multiple languages is a plus.

3. Thorough understanding of MVC framework in Php using Laravel and Lumen
4. Writing backend code with SOLID principle
5. Unit testing of your code with Travis CLI
6. Hands on experience with MySQL and PostgresSQL
7. Rock solid understanding of Blade template engine
8. Collaborative development with BitBucket or GIT and handling of code merge conflicts
9. Documenting backend code and APIs using Swagger
10. Expert Knowledge of code deployment on AWS is a must
11. Knowledge of NoSQL will be an added advantage
12. Expert in Linux,  and understanding of Ubuntu OS
