Nature of Experience: exposure to any of the sections in production i.e. Core Coil Assembly, Separate Phase Assembly, Winding, VPD Ovening, Tanking

 

Responsibilities:

 

·        Completion of shop floor loading & monitor closely productivity of workers.

  • Ensure completion of daily production targets adhering to defined standards of cost, quality and time
  • Attend productivity meetings to discuss the discrepancies in the planned vs actual plan.
  • Preparation of productivity reports based on throughput & timeliness for presenting the same in productivity meetings.
  • Undertake Production Planning and Control activities ensuring adherence to production targets in terms of cost, quality, throughput & timeliness Coordinate with the technical design (electrical and mechanical) function for a design review before the start of every work order and for clarifications on design parameters during production 
  • Ensure material requisitions are raised on time to obtain the material from the stores team
