• Negotiation & closing – Go toe-to-toe with legacy vendors, show Company’s value, and win.
• Implementation partnership – Ensure a smooth go-live with Engineering & Solutions.
• Mentorship – Help existing AEs level up in enterprise sales, joining as a senior persona when needed.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 6+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS to US customers.
• Previous experience selling to Mid-Market and Enterprise customers: Closed Enterprise deals, $75k+ ACV, ideally $100k+.
• Prior experience in coaching/managing junior AEs is a strong plus.
• Ability to build, manage and motivate a team.
• Prior success as one of the first AEs at a startup; comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
• Track record of consistently beating your quota.
• Solid hustle and entrepreneurial mindset; Thrive under the uncertainty that comes with an early-stage setup.
• Strong project management skills and proactiveness, given the long sales cycle and pilot (free trials) heavy nature of deals.
• Strong first-principles understanding of sales processes (e.g. MEDDPICC).
• Self-driven individual with high ownership and strong work ethic.
• Previous entrepreneurial experience is a huge plus.
• Not taking yourself too seriously.

Job Purpose / Summary: 

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to produce engaging, high-quality videos for multiple platforms. The role involves editing, motion graphics, audio mixing, and post-production work to deliver visually appealing content that aligns with client objectives and project requirements. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos that tell a compelling story and meet client requirements. 
• Trim, assemble, and sequence clips to maintain coherence, pacing, and visual appeal. 
• Apply audio, sound effects, background music, and voiceovers to enhance video quality. 
• Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects (VFX), transitions, and animations using After Effects or similar tools. 
• Optimize videos for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook) with correct aspect ratios and compression settings. 
• Perform color correction, color grading, and visual enhancement to ensure a cinematic look. 
• Manage and organize project files, assets, and video libraries efficiently. 
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and project managers to align on creative vision. 
• Stay updated with video trends, emerging formats, and platform-specific best practices. 
• Ensure timely delivery of video projects while maintaining high-quality standards. 

Skills (Must-Have / Technical Skills): 

• Expertise in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve. 
• Motion graphics and animation skills: Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D. 
• Knowledge of audio mixing, sound design, and music synchronization. 
• Strong understanding of video formats, resolutions, codecs, and aspect ratios. 
• Proficiency in color correction and grading tools. 
• Basic knowledge of storyboarding and script interpretation. 
• Familiarity with social media video trends, short-form content, reels, and TikTok videos. 

Good-to-Have Skills: 

• 3D animation and motion tracking (Blender, Maya) 
• Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator) 
• Knowledge of AI-assisted video editing tools (Runway, Pictory, Descript) 
• Experience in multi-camera editing 

Qualifications: 

• Degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Digital Media, or related field preferred (not mandatory). 
• Certification in relevant video editing software is required.

For this role, the candidate needs to support AX implementations, providing end user support and developing functional skill levels of AX. The role holder will own the gathering requirements and defining these user stories in collaboration with other team members.

Responsibilities

1. Day-to-day management of the Microsoft Dynamics AX environment, investigating / troubleshooting / resolving any issues

2. Create measured improvements in ERP Operational Health

3. Develop new applications in DAX and maintain the integrity of the DAX System through design and development efforts

5. Perform business requirements analysis and design.

6. Perform gap/fit analysis between Axapta functionality and organizational requirements

7. Document functional requirements and software designs

8. Assist internal/external teams in developing more extensive DAX Knowledge. Also works with other IT staff to

9. Work with end users, management and support staff to identify areas where new applications will solve business problems

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably in Business, Accounting, MIS, Information Technology, or related

field

• 6 years of relevant ERP experience with a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics AX (in addition to degree or years of previous experience), preferably with a Dynamics AX certification

• 4 years of Experience with installation/configuration base components of AX: user groups, security, connections to databases, etc.

• Advanced understanding of Microsoft Dynamics AX functionality (order management, procurement, inventory management, fulfillment, manufacturing, financials)

• Advanced knowledge of features, configuration and support of AX

• Advanced knowledge of related technologies: Microsoft SQL Server database, Exchange, .NET, SharePoint Services, BizTalk Server

• Advanced proficiency with AX technology stack & development methodology

• Advanced proficiency with planning and implementation of AX system tests to ensure that functionality, configuration and data are as expected
