Strong Backend Engineer Profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 2+ years of hands-on Backend Engineering experience building production-grade systems in a B2B SaaS or product environment

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong backend development experience using at least one backend framework such as FastAPI / Django (Python), Spring (Java), or Express (Node.js)

We are seeking a highly skilled C++ Developer with 6–9 years of experience to design,

develop, and maintain high-performance software applications. The ideal candidate will

have a strong foundation in object-oriented programming, data structures, and

system-level programming, with a focus on delivering efficient and scalable

solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

 Design, develop, and maintain robust and efficient applications using C++.

 Write clean, maintainable, and optimized code following best practices.

 Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks and issues.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and Product

Management, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

 Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards.

 Prepare and maintain technical documentation for development processes and

modules.

 Work on integrating software components and third-party libraries.

 Optimize application performance and scalability for large-scale systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 6–9 years of hands-on development experience in C++.

 Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, STL, and design

 Experience with multithreading, memory management, and performance

tuning.

 Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.

 Good understanding of network programming and socket-level communication.

As a Backend Engineer you will be responsible for creating REST APIs which are used to drive the User Interface. Given the nature of the application, these APIs need to be very efficient and high performing. This requires optimizing queries for faster execution and introducing database changes that may be required. As a part of the consumer products software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. You will be responsible for defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of the software applications.

About the Tech

Good knowledge and experience of working with backend systems; 

designing server-side architecture, including production maintenance experience are must-haves.

At least 1-2 years of experience in any programming languages like Java, Ruby, PHP, Python and Node.js(Node.js preferred).

Understanding of micro-services oriented architecture.

Experience with Databases design (SQL, NoSQL) and analytics

Experience in driving and delivering complex features/software modules from technical design to launch.
