
Role Purpose:
The Senior Manager - Fire & Plumbing will be a key technical and operational leader within the Delivery department, directly responsible for the end-to-end management and successful execution of all Fire
Fighting (FF) and Plumbing systems for data center projects. This role ensures that all fire safety and water management infrastructure is designed, procured, installed, tested, and commissioned in strict adherence to international and national safety codes, design specifications, budget, schedule, and quality standards, while ensuring optimal functionality and reliability crucial for data center operations. The incumbent will drive technical excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, manage specialized contractors, and facilitate seamless integration with other building systems.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire & Safety Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline from a recognized university.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Data Management services and client support in production environment and perform daily processes including but not limited to data import, P&L Calculation and P&L reconciliation.
- Perform daily client operation – Data Capture, Reconciliation etc.
- Understanding Functionality and workflow of application.
- Qualitative and quantitative review of monthly client reporting
Required Skills:
- Candidate must have good aptitude and problem solving capabilities.
- Good Knowledge of MS Excel is a must.
- Should have experience in handling clients
- Basic understanding of financial domain concepts like Equities, Derivatives etc.
- Experience on any financial product or platform will be a plus
- Certification in financial markets like NCFM or any other similar courses during graduation will be a plus
- Ability to write macros in Excel will be a plus

- Self-driven and motivated and excellent communication skills verbal and Written (English)
