Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Technical Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in one or more of the following areas: AWS of azure, AI/ML, Cloud technologies, or Python. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for guiding the development team, designing innovative solutions, and driving the successful delivery of our technical projects.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Solution Design: Architect and implement scalable, robust software solutions using a combination of AWS of Azure, AI/ML, Cloud, and Python technologies.
Hands-on Development: Contribute to the codebase by developing, reviewing, and optimizing code to meet high-performance standards.
Project Management: Manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality expectations.
Technical Guidance: Provide expertise and technical guidance on AWS of Azure cloud solutions, AI/ML implementations, or Python development as needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders, to align technical efforts with business goals.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies in cloud computing, AI/ML, and software development, recommending enhancements to our technology stack.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 2-4 years in a technical leadership role.
Technical Skills:
AWS of Azure: Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, or other cloud platforms.
AI/ML: Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, data processing, and model development.
Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, deployment, and management.
Python: Strong programming skills in Python; experience with frameworks like Flask, Django, or data science libraries is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset with an ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
Familiarity with AI/ML or Python or AWS of Azure.
Exposure to other programming languages like Java, JavaScript, or Node.js.
Experience working in both Agile and Scrum methodologies.
