VDI Management

  •  Deploy, configure, and manage VMware VDI environments (Connection Server, UAG, Composer/Instant Clones).

  •  lAccops HyWorks VDI and HySecure gateway for secure remote access.

  •  Create and manage desktop pools (persistent/non-persistent).

  •  Handle provisioning, recomposition, and image management.

  •  Manage VMware vCenter, ESXi hosts, and virtual machines.

  •  Monitor resource utilization (CPU, RAM, Storage) and optimize performance.

  •  Perform patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management of VDI components.

User & Access Management

  •  Configure and manage user access via Active Directory integration.

  •  Implement MFA and security policies in HySecure.

  •  Troubleshoot login issues, session disconnects, and profile-related problems.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting

  •  Diagnose and resolve VDI-related issues (latency, session drops, profile corruption).

  •  Monitor logs (vdi, HyWorks, vCenter) for proactive issue detection.

  •  Work on incident, problem, and change management processes.

Security & Compliance

  •  Ensure endpoint security and secure access using HySecure policies.

  •  Implement best practices for VDI hardening and data protection.

  •  Maintain audit logs and compliance standards.

Required Skills:

  •  Strong experience with VMware VDI

  •  Hands-on with Accops HySecure & HyWorks.

  •  Good knowledge of VMware vCenter, ESXi.

  •  Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, GPOs.

  •  Experience with VDI troubleshooting & performance tuning.

  •  Basic networking knowledge (VPN, firewall, load balancer concepts).

This is a Red Hat OpenShift / Kubernetes Platform Engineer role, mainly focused on OpenShift cluster administration, installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, security certificates, and BAU operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Install and configure OpenShift clusters on bare metal, on-prem VMware/virtual environments, and cloud platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift 3.x/4.x.
• Administer OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) and Kubernetes environments.
• Perform cluster installation, upgrades, health checks, certificate renewal, and troubleshooting.
