Principal Platform Engineer/ Architect

We’re building Vizup, a shoppable videos platform for Shopify brands. Think TikTok-style product videos embedded directly into Shopify stores to increase conversions, engagement, and attributed sales. 

We work with fast-growing D2C brands like Sudathi (Shark Tank), Neemans, Sculpd, Aachho, SoulFlower and many more. 

This is not a boring internship. You’ll work directly with the founder and learn how real SaaS outbound, growth, partnerships, and Shopify sales work from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on execution role.

You will help build and run our outbound growth engine:

• Build lead lists of Shopify and D2C brands
• Research brands and founders
• Send cold emails and LinkedIn outreach
• Use tools like Instantly, SalesHandy, Clay, Linkedin Sales Navigator, or similar
• Write and test outbound copy
• Follow up consistently with leads
• Book demo meetings for the founder
• Build partnerships with Shopify agencies and freelancers
• Learn how Shopify SaaS sales actually works

The founder will handle demo calls and closing.

You do not need prior sales experience if you are smart, hungry, consistent, and willing to learn fast. Good communication skills (both English & Hindi) with high energy is must.

Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹50,000/month

·      Design and create visually appealing graphics for more than 15-20 things we make.

Qualifications and skills:

• Take lead on projects; all the way from leading kickoff sessions, research exercises, and presenting work to stakeholders throughout the process.
• Help the design team with user interfaces for all things at FamPay, including, but not limited to website, web app, mobile apps and physical products..
• Map user personas and desired actions. Be the Usability Champion.
• Work closely with Engineers. Document features for seamless handoff to design and development teams.

Skill and Requirements:

• Good understanding of QA methodologies and processes.
• Good command of Linux CLI tools - including system administration, data analysis and munging.
• Excellent command and understanding of databases like RDBMS, Mongo, and key-value stores like Redis.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language python, node, etc.
• Have prior experience in testing back-end systems that involve interaction with multiple restful services.
• Must be able to think proactively; excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of distributed applications/service-oriented applications is a plus.

Good to have:

• Knowledge of Kibana/ElasticSearch
• Knowledge of Error Monitoring Tools like Sentry, StackDriver, etc.
• Knowledge of APM tools like New Relic, App Dynamics, Ruxit, etc.
• Knowledge of support tools like FreshDesk, Jira Helpdesk or Zendesk.

Required Experience and qualifications:

• Should have an engineering / BSc / equivalent degree with 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines and SLAs.
• Ability to promptly answer & support-related tickets, chats, emails and phone calls.

Experience in Camera ISP pipeline 

• Experience on Image Signal Processing techniques, image quality metrics, measurement techniques, and optimizations.
• Familiarity with image quality test programs 
• 3A algorithm improvement and troubleshooting 
• Knowledge of 3A algorithms, tuning experiences 
• Experience in Camera HAL 
• Experience in Camera Framework and Camera 2.0 API 
• Experience in Camera Device Drivers 
• Familiarity with ISP and Image Quality 
• Experience with Bringup of Camera Sensor on Any of chipset (QCOM, MTK)
• Strong knowledge of Linux Android Camera Stack. 
• Strong knowledge of Camera Application architecture in Android

Minimum Qualifications 

• B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech./MCA Computer Science or related fields 
• 2+ years Software Development Experience 
• 2+ years of experience with Imaging and Camera development, Programming Language such as C, C++, Python, etc
