Based on the Technical Interview the company will decide the role/level and fitment which will be aligned with the company's MVP (Mission, Values and Purpose) Purpose of Role: To provide 1st or 2nd level technical support to Brennan IT clients, engineers and staff; 2nd level monitoring and technical support to Brennan IT clients and staff. To continuously improve the Efficiency and Excellence of Service Delivery as measured by Client Satisfaction ratings. Essentials Skills & Key activities of the role include: Must have excellent English Communications Skills (Spoken & Written) Must have experience dealing with International Clients/Customers. 2-8 years of experience on administration and troubleshooting of Windows 2000 to 2012 R2 servers Basic Understanding of VMware Server Hands on experience on Windows 2003 / 2008 / 2012 servers. Hands on experience in Windows / AD / DNS / DHCP/ (Windows Backup) /VmWare (Virtual Machines) . Expected to work flexible hours based on the organizational needs and be available for 24*7 on-call on a rotational basis including night shifts. Administration of Server Assessments and Backup Monitoring Execution of maintenance items out of hours (Patching) Establishes, maintains and manages Windows environment. Installs, modifies and maintains systems and utility software on server computer systems. Provides server support related to other software. User and access management (password, user management, folder access, group policies, drive mapping, mail box management, delegation of rights) Vendor Management (hardware and Software vendors HP ,Dell, MS, VM, Citrix and others) Endpoint Antivirus management and updates Desired Skills: MCP OR MCSE OR MCITP Windows Server 2012 OR higher MCP in Windows Desktop OR Individual team player responsible to handle critical and complex issues. Knowledge of or Certification in ITIL. Industry based technical certifications (e.g. Microsoft, Citrix, VMWare, EMC, HP) Troubleshooting SCOM and SCCM agents.
