We are looking for an experienced Workday Core HCM Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM configuration, business processes, reporting, and employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Workday Core HCM modules and business processes.
- Manage Worker Data, Job & Position Management, Supervisory Organizations, Locations, and Cost Centers.
- Configure end-to-end business processes including Hire, Onboarding, Job Change, Transfer, Promotion, and Termination.
- Work on Compensation, Benefits, Time & Absence, and Recruiting modules.
- Develop and maintain Custom Reports, Advanced/Matrix Reports, Calculated Fields, Dashboards, and Workday Analytics.
- Configure and maintain Workday security, security groups, roles, and domain permissions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday configuration solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing Workday support and enhancements.
- Collaborate with HR, functional, technical, and integration teams.
- Prepare functional/technical documentation and support testing and deployment activities.
