Cloud Infra Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Python programming.

You will work closely with data scientists, product managers, and data engineers to design, develop, and deploy high-performance AI/ML models and integrate generative AI solutions into existing workflows.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-performance AI models, including NLP, computer vision, semantics engines, linguistic analysis, risk management, and time-series prediction models. Integrating generative AI solutions into existing workflow systems.
• Developing and maintaining the ML Operations CI/CD pipeline for seamless deployment and monitoring. Training, tuning, and optimizing AI models and algorithms for enhanced performance.
• Implementing complex real-time data and AI/ML applications to capture knowledge and automate decision-making processes.
• Creating ML/AI models for business teams and establishing metrics to track their accuracy and performance. Overseeing the full lifecycle of algorithm development, from ideation to deployment and monitoring. Evaluating and ranking ML algorithms based on their potential success in solving specific problems.
• Serving as an internal resource for AI/ML needs, providing guidance and insights to stakeholders during strategic discussions.

Required Experience and Skills:

Machine Learning:

• Proficient in generative AI techniques, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) (3+ years).
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Gemini, LLAMA, and other state-of-the-art models (3+ years).
• Expertise in using ML/AI libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, BERT, LayoutLM, and traditional ML algorithms (5+ years).
• Experience with distributed ML/AI training libraries/models: Koalas, Horovod, DDP.

Python Programming and Software Engineering:

• Expertise in Pythonic clean coding practices, including the use of decorators, generators, and descriptors (5+ years).
• Strong understanding of software design principles such as DRY, OAOO, YAGNI, KIS, EAFP/LBYL, and defensive programming (2+ years).
• Proficient in software design concepts focusing on cohesion and coupling (2+ years). Knowledge of SOLID principles (2+ years).

Education and Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a software engineer and 5 years of ML-related programming.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance mobile applications using Flutter.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement scalable and well-architected solutions.
• Create custom UI components, animations, and transitions to enhance user experience.
• Optimize mobile applications for maximum performance, speed, and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure high code quality and maintainability.
• Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring a seamless and bug-free experience for users.
• Implement push notifications, third-party integrations, and RESTful API integrations.
• Keep up-to-date with Flutter updates and mobile development best practices, continuously improving the app’s functionality.
• Contribute to project planning, including timelines, sprint planning, and task allocation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mobile application development with at least 3 year of proven experience in Flutter.
• Demonstrable portfolio of Flutter applications in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
• Proficient in Flutter, Dart, and mobile development frameworks.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle, including publishing to app stores.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and integration of push notifications.
• Knowledge of state management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc) and dependency injection.
• Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD processes for mobile apps.
• Knowledge of both iOS and Android platform guidelines for design and development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Experience with Firebase, GraphQL, or similar backend services.
• Familiarity with native iOS/Android code for advanced customizations in Flutter.

College: IIT, NIT, BITs other Tier 1 colleges  

   Priority skills:  Kotlin, MVP, MVVM, especially Viper, Unit & UI Test, Firebase, Google maps, design patterns, GIT

Responsibilities ( Experience 8-10 years)

    Design and development of apps for Android in Kotlin and JAVA
    Follow Google user interface guidelines and principles of material design
    Ensure performance and maintainability of the apps
    Code review and guidance to other team members to make sure code quality is as desired.
    Researching new frameworks and adapting the best of them in app development.

Skills Required

    Expert knowledge of Kotlin and JAVA
    Expert knowledge of Architectural patterns like MVC, MVVM and Clean Architecture.
    Expert understanding of Android run time model
    Experience with offline caching, threading and task management.
    Experience with object oriented design patterns.
    Experience with push notifications and Firebase or other similar PaaS systems.
    An Eye for design details, following pixel perfect designs.
    Experience with 3rd party libraries like okhttp, volley , Soket.io, Realm, Firebase, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, RX Kotlin/JAVA.
    Team management skills.

• Work as part of a small team to build React Native iOS / Android applications for FullStack's clients.
• Architect, build and maintain excellent React Native applications with clean code.
• Implement pixel perfect UI's that match designs.
• Implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user experience.
• Integrate third-party API's.
• Write unit and integration tests.
• Release applications to the Apple and Google Play stores.
• Work with native modules when required.
• Work as part of a small team, which will include other React Native developers, a project manager, QA professional, and a designer.
• Complete two-week sprints, and participate in sprint retrospectives and daily standups.
• Assist with building estimates.
• Interface with clients via Slack, Zoom, and email.
• Track your time throughout the day using Toggl.
• Work with modern tools including Jira, Slack, GitHub, Google Docs, etc.
• Be part of a community of React Native developers who share knowledge and help each other as problems arise.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years' experience as a software developer.
• Highly experienced with backend programming languages - NodeJs or Java etc, Highly experienced with front-end programming languages - HTML, CSS JavaScript, etc Proficient experience using - advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks.
• Familiarity with Git.
• Experience consuming API endpoints.
• Good to have - Kafka/queuing system
• Should be well-versed in using multiple Databases - SQL/NO SQL.
• Should have experience using in- memory Data Bases-Redis.
• Experience with Unit-Testing.
• Experience building web applications with responsive design.
• Experience with Node.js and/or other server-side JavaScript technologies and tools.

We are looking for someone with 4-7 years of experience in iOS / iPhone applications development with:

- Strong Object Oriented design and programming skills in SWIFT

- Good working experience in iOS SDK (Cocoa Touch, UIKit, Core Data, Core Location, etc.) and XCode

- Proficient in writing Unit and UI Test Cases and delivering quality work

- Good experience with MVVM architecture

- Experience in web services integration (REST APIs, JSON, XML), to connect iOS applications to back-end services

- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning is desired

- Understanding of Apple's design principles and interface guidelines
