Experienced & Dedicated Candidates are required for handling International Inbound calls , major job role will be to answer incoming calls from customers who want to place orders, respond to inquiries, provide general information. You will be a part of the contact team that believes in Delivering Joy through exceptional customer experience for consumers interested in the products we offer and will be responsible for assisting them in completing purchases online and over the phone.

Desired skills & Experience :

Should be a graduate

Should possess Graduation in German Language (Level C2)

If has some international voice experience of minimum 6 months in reputed International BPO would be an added advantage

Should have flair for customer service , Excellent upselling skills

Should be comfortable with Rotational shifts/Offs

Roles and Responsibilities 

Build database systems of high availability and quality depending on each end user’s specialised role

Design and implement database in accordance to end users information needs and views

Define users and enable data distribution to the right user, in appropriate format and in a timely manner

Use high-speed transaction recovery techniques and backup data

Minimise database downtime and manage parameters to provide fast query responses

Provide proactive and reactive data management support and training to users

Determine, enforce and document database policies, procedures and standards

Perform tests and evaluations regularly to ensure data security, privacy and integrity

Skills

Proven working experience as a Database Administrator

Hands-on experience with database standards and end user applications

Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity and SQL

Familiarity with database design, documentation and coding

Previous experience with DBA case tools (frontend/backend) and third party tools

Problem solving skills and ability to think algorithmically

Degree in a computer discipline or relevant certification

• Ability to translate Wireframes and PSD Designs into functional web apps using HTML5, AngularJS, React , Node.js, and Mongo

• Binding of UI elements to JavaScript object models

The opportunity we are looking for a MEAN Stack developer to manage the frontend, backend and server-side of our Product. We are looking for someone passionate about performance, reliability, and design with the experience and credentials to back up that passion. • Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions

• Develop new applications or make enhancements to existing applications.
