Experienced & Dedicated Candidates are required for handling International Inbound calls , major job role will be to answer incoming calls from customers who want to place orders, respond to inquiries, provide general information. Desired skills & Experience :

Should be a graduate

Should possess Graduation in German Language (Level C2)

If has some international voice experience of minimum 6 months in reputed International BPO would be an added advantage

Should have flair for customer service , Excellent upselling skills

Should be comfortable with Rotational shifts/Offs

Google Ads Expertise (Primary Requirement)

• Strong experience in Search Ads
• Working knowledge of Display & Performance Max
• Experience with Remarketing campaigns
• Basic understanding of YouTube Ads
• Conducted keyword research independently
• Implemented negative keyword strategies
• Optimized bids (Manual CPC, Max Conversions, tCPA, tROAS)

 Meta Ads Expertise (Primary Requirement)

• Hands-on experience with Facebook & Instagram Ads
• Built full-funnel campaigns (Awareness to Conversion)

• Implemented retargeting strategies
• Installed and monitored Meta Pixel
• Optimized based on CPL, CAC, ROAS
• Improved campaign performance using data insights

Tracking & Analytics Knowledge

Key Responsibilities

• School sales: Primary responsibility is to sell to schools and bring them onboard

o Tie up with schools and onboard them so that we can offer the plan to the parents in the school

o Negotiate and get into commercial agreements with schools

o Upsell our other payment products in the schools

• Stakeholder Management in Schools:

o Enable Jodo to liaison with the schools tied up with, for close to

everything from meeting the parents to doing events etc.

o Forge a strong relationship with the school management and principal

and be their first port of call on anything to do with finances

• Team Building- Build a high-quality sales team and lead it in that city

Experience in Technical writing: 5 - 9 Years

We are hiring a Inside Sales Manager who will help drive high quality output from our Inside Sales Team of Team Leads & Telesales Executives 100+ members, owning their input metrics and the revenue generated from their efforts, in addition to managing team morale, hiring, training, upskilling and attrition
You will be working closely with the internal stakeholders and will be responsible for sales strategy, implementation and process optimization.
