We are looking for a dynamic BDM + Growth Generalist who can handle sales, client servicing, marketing support, and direct offline pitching.

Role Objective

To drive client acquisition and revenue growth by combining offline relationship-building (store visits, exhibitions, events) with structured business development (proposals, decks, follow-ups).

Key Responsibilities

• Generate & close leads in jewellery + other industries.
• Conduct offline pitches at stores, exhibitions and/or client offices.
• Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline in CRM.
• Create & deliver tailored proposals with founders.
• Assist in drafting case studies, pitch decks, and client-facing content.
• Support WhatsApp/Email/LinkedIn campaigns for lead follow-up.
• Contribute to DMS’s visibility by preparing business content for social platforms.
• Sit in on onboarding meetings and ensure smooth client handovers.
• Identify new verticals: apparel, FMCG, lifestyle, SaaS.
• Build structured prospect lists for both online & offline targeting.

• Offline sales experience: exhibitions, store visits, client pitches.

Compensation

SAP Integration Consultant (Apollo Source Systems to Staging)

• Analyze and understand business requirements, and design and develop appropriate SAP integration

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as they arise

• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to SAP integration solutions

• Participate in cross-functional and project teams to ensure successful integration implementations

Responsibilities:-

• Manage senior business stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce, Marketing Automation, and CRM initiatives
• Lead workshops gather requirements, and design solutions
• Manage the implementation and delivery of new initiatives
• Hands-on configuration.
• Design, build and deliver salesforce technical design/architecture in line with client requirements;

• -Work closely with and support the Sales community.

Required skills and experience:-

• Experience working across the full Salesforce project lifecycle from analysis, design, testing to implementation.
• You’ll have 5+ years experience of working on deployment teams throughout the project lifecycle, ideally using Agile development techniques.
• You’ll have a proven track record of successful delivery on customer projects, preferably enterprise CRM implementations
• Demonstrable experience supporting and maintaining Salesforce.com CRM applications i.e. SalesCloud, Service Cloud
• Experience with Marketing Automation / Marketing Tools i.e. Marketo or Eloqua
• Previous team leadership/management experience is desirable
• Product discovery and ideation experience
• Conducted focus group sessions/ cross-functional workshops, etc for requirement gathering
• -Knowledge of data and content migration, automated testing, release management, source control tools;
• -In-depth understanding of Salesforce programming including Visualforce, Apex, and API’s;
• -Experience with CRM, CMS, ERP, CPQ, Portals, SSO, E-commerce and ESB/SOA applications;
• Demonstrated ability to drive a product vision, manage a roadmap, and influence without direct authority

• Establish, implement and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program
• Work directly with the business units to facilitate risk assessment and risk management processes
• Develop and enhance an information security management framework
• Understand and interact with related disciplines through committees to ensure the consistent application of policies and standards across all technology projects, systems and services
• Provide leadership to the enterprise's information security organization
• Partner with business stakeholders across the company to raise awareness of risk management concerns

• Conduct regular internal audits in compliance with applicable legal and contractual requirements, ISO 27001 and PCI DSS requirements and companies internal requirements
• Conduct regular Management reviews and update the management on information security aspects. The MRMs shall also focus on drawing Management attentions to the key areas for required management actions.
• CISO is also responsible to ensure customer audits as well as re-certification and surveillance audits and successful.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address the NC closures.
• CISO shall ensure the information incidents are responded and resolved on time to ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements.

• Degree in business administration or a technology-related field required.
• Professional security management certification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a combination of risk management, information security and IT jobs
• Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, and PCI DSS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high level of personal integrity
• Innovative thinking and leadership with an ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams
• Experience with contract and vendor negotiations and management including managed services.
• Specific experience in Agile (scaled) software development or other best in class development practices.
• Experience with Cloud computing/Elastic computing across virtualized environments.
