About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our IT team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize modeling tools (such as UML or BPMN) to create workflow diagrams and system architecture.
• Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize the functionality and design of new systems or enhancements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.

1. Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Work with SQL databases to query data and assist in reporting.
• Create data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.

1. Project Support & Coordination:

• Work closely with the development team throughout the Agile development lifecycle, ensuring that requirements are implemented effectively.
• Assist in managing sprints, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance processes.
• Provide post-implementation support and address any issues that arise after system go-live.

1. Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the business stakeholders and the IT team.
• Facilitate communication between all parties, ensuring that stakeholders’ needs are met.

1. Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Support:

• Assist in pre-sales activities by evaluating client requirements, conducting feasibility studies, and providing solutions.
• Participate in post-sales support, ensuring that solutions are successfully implemented and meet the customer’s expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT company or related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL) and reporting software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Java Developer with expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in building scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Create and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Design and build scalable, resilient microservices.
