Role Overview
We’re seeking a Product Manager with 1-4 years of experience to lead and manage the product lifecycle. You will play a key role in defining product requirements through detailed PRDs, aligning them with market needs and business goals. From ideation to execution, you’ll manage roadmaps, drive cross-functional collaboration, and deliver impactful, user-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Lifecycle Management (PLM): Oversee the entire lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch optimization.
- Product Strategy: Define vision, conduct benchmarking, and align with market needs.

- Requirement Analysis & PRD/FRD Creation: Translate market research into actionable requirements and detailed documents.

- Wireframing & Product Design: Partner with design teams to create user-friendly interfaces.

Qualifications
- Experience: 1-4 years in product management with a focus on SaaS.

What will you be doing at Enalo?
- Understand the problem statement and derive potential product solutions.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and user research.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to take the product forward.
- Participate in product strategy, build a roadmap and execute to bring products to life.
- Manage product requirement definition and feature identification for future initiatives, including documentation of prioritized feature sets and use cases.
- Lead the development and QA teams at the appropriate times to realise the goals of the product.
- Own scrum and all the related activities like sprint planning, and release.

- Define software requirements for embedded software applications
- writing software requirements (SWE.1) requirements using DOORS. Includes requirements analysis from systems requirements or customer requirement documents.
- Participate in software development processes such as requirements capture, analysis, linking software requirements to system requirements and architecture, customer specifications.
- Software requirements development, flow-down and management, traceability using DOORS or equivalent requirements capture tool.
- Work within ASPICE process objectives, achievement of ASPICE levels and supporting audits
Responsibilities
- Develop test scenarios and cases as per the sprint requirements from product owner
- Should prepare the effective test data for the identified cases.
- Should be able to configure the test environment.
- As per the sprint planning, execute test cases and report the bugs.
- The test execution involves at the user interface level, including functional tests, UI tests and workflow tests to identify system and software problems and their causes
- Work with automated test cases using already existing frameworks
- Work in agile Team and actively participate in agile events
- Be an advocate of high quality of the products you work on
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of in-depth QA Engineering experience in enterprise applications in ERP/ SCM/ CRP domains.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent work experience
- Experience with manual testing, automation testing using Selenium with appropriate frameworks
