What you'll do?
- This is a hands-on leadership role. As the design lead, we expect you to take the lead design role on key projects as well as delegating and managing the entire design team.
- Provide guidance and support for a team of 5-6+ designers. Direct and inspire teams to create consistent and cohesive design work across a diverse range of clients.

What you have:
- Experience | 5-10 years of experience in an agency or design studio,
- Body of Work | Portfolio featuring a wide range of creative work that displays mastery of your skills, ideas and execution. Expertise in the formal elements of visual design, including typography, colour, layout, balance, proportion, rhythm, emphasis, and unity.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office. UI/UX experience is a bonus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales function:
* Acquisition of New Clients
* Responsible for business development for General Insurance products including Mediclaim, Asset, Fire, Liability, Engineering, Marine, etc.
* Create and execute strategies to explore new potential markets and retain existing clients.
* Driving Sales team for Initial contact for Enquiries / RFQ/Mandate Letters.
* Giving a clear understanding of the pricing and features of the product and their impact on profitability.
Relationship management
* Handling corporate customers and maintaining excellent relationships with them.
* Leveraging on the relationship with corporate and focusing on closures.
* Liaisoning with insurers and TPA to provide better services and quotes to clients.
