• Owning the recruiting cycle from end to end, spanning all areas and disciplines.
• Managing the recruiting pipeline, which includes determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing and managing referral processes.
• Executing recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
• Managing hiring / third-party agencies and build a relationship with them.
• Working closely with business leaders to influence and delivering quality assessment and high-touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel.
• Periodically leading and/ or participating in cross-business/ cross-company special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.
• Creating, building, and maintaining networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles.
• Participating and engaging with the team at company to understand future hiring requirements and source apt candidates from the cultural perspective.
• Acting as an advisor to hiring managers to provide guidance, expertise, collaboration, and teamwork to hire the best talent.
• Working and adapting to company's ATS and keep a high bar while hiring.
• Accelerating progress by driving crisp and timely decisions, clearing blockers, and escalating appropriately.

• 4 - 6 years of experience working in a fin-tech startup or Consulting firm.
• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Passionate about people and culture.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and are result-oriented
• Demonstrates exceptional communication competency, both oral and written.
• Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.

We are looking for an engineer with ML/DL background.

Ideal candidate should have the following skillset

1) Python
2) Tensorflow
3) Experience building and deploying systems
4) Experience with Theano/Torch/Caffe/Keras all useful
5) Experience Data warehousing/storage/management would be a plus
6) Experience writing production software would be a plus
7) Ideal candidate should have developed their own DL architechtures apart from using open source architechtures.
8) Ideal candidate would have extensive experience with computer vision applications

Candidates would be responsible for building Deep Learning models to solve specific problems. Workflow would look as follows:

1) Define Problem Statement (input -> output)
2) Preprocess Data
3) Build DL model
4) Test on different datasets using Transfer Learning
5) Parameter Tuning
6) Deployment to production

Candidate should have experience working on Deep Learning with an engineering degree from a top tier institute (preferably IIT/BITS or equivalent)

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science and Engineering. Bonus: Masters degree.
• 3+ years of total full-time work experience, preferably shipping SaaS applications.
• Startup experience strongly desired and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
• Proficiency in
• 1. Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Mysql, Linux, Git, AWS, CI/CD, NewRelic.
• 2. broad range of internet technologies and applications.
• Knowledge of frontend technologies and frontend development experience is prized and a plus. We use React and React Native for our web app and mobile apps respectively.
• Keep high quality performance, scalability, availability & security in mind to build, extend, and maintain web front end, mobile, and backend components of an evolving, real-time application
• Write bug free clean, elegant, testable code that scales well, and is delivered on time.
• Very curious and self driven.
