Strong Cloud Automation Architect Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 8+ years of total experience with the last 6–7 years focused continuously on hands-on infrastructure automation in enterprise environments

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have expert-level Ansible engineering, including advanced Jinja2 templating, dynamic inventory, custom module development, and designing enterprise-grade playbooks, roles, and collections across AWS, Azure, VMware, and REST-integrated environments

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have strong Kubernetes and Helm expertise, including custom Helm chart authoring, multi-environment lifecycle management (upgrades, rollbacks, canary releases), namespace management, RBAC, secrets, and network policies — with GitOps adoption via ArgoCD or Flux

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have deep Terraform knowledge, including reusable module design covering AWS networking, IAM, EKS, ECS, RDS, and security controls — with CI/CD integration (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps) including automated testing, linting, drift detection, and policy enforcement

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have solid AWS architecture knowledge, including serverless and event-driven automation (Lambda, Step Functions, Event Bridge, SNS/SQS, S3 triggers, Systems Manager), IAM design, cross-account automation across AWS Organizations, and multi-account networking aligned with CIS, NIST, and AWS Well-Architected standards

Mandatory (Experience 6) – Must have experience with security and compliance automation including CIS benchmark enforcement, vulnerability remediation, infrastructure hardening, certificate lifecycle management, and integration with CyberArk, AWS Secrets Manager, and SSM Parameter Store

Role : React JS Developer 

• 3-5 years of experience as a React JS developer. 
• Must have Working Experience in a product based organization at least 18 months.
• Good Communication skills must. 
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model 
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles 
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux) ● Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript
• Experience with HTML,CSS, Bootstrap and UI Design 
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs 
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token ● Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements 
• Familiarity with code versioning tools {such as Git} 

Job Details: 

• Three plus years of experience in IT systems analysis and application program development
• Experience in an Object Oriented Programming language such as Java is a must
• The candidate must be a hands-on coder doing active development
• Extensive experience programming in Java Application Development & RESTful API
• Experience in AWS Cloud technologies is optional but good to have
• Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, workflows, and design patterns

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• BA Workstream: Ability to understand the objectives and goals of the project, and to contribute to the development of the project plan through identifying BA scope of work, advocating approach, and methodologies.
• Create BA Work Packages: Ability to breakdown the BA Scope of Work into manageable work packages to support the overall delivery of the plan.
• Scope and document requirements: Ability to understand, capture, and model functional, non-functional (operational), and interface requirements for users of a system.
• Designing and enhancing Business Processes: Ability to create maps (or models) of workflows, services design, and customer journeys for the business, organization, system, or software. Process maps are created by eliciting new requirements as well as identifying existing functionalities and processes in an organization. Documenting behavior models using use cases, user experience design, storyboards, user profiles, and user stories.
• Analysis & estimation of solution options: Ability to undertake quality initiatives and measure them with the right metrics. Be able to develop meaningful key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Training &Communications: Work with learning and comms team to provide inputs on new functionality, enhancements, process changes, etc. to drive adoption
• Digital Capability: Having had experience in, or capability to, enable customer experiences through the use of digital technologies through placing the customer at the center of everything we do.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related fields
• Minimum 4+ years of work experience as a BA required in Software development projects
• Industry certification in Business Analysis like CBAP, Agile business analysis, etc.
• Prior experience or a background in software development.
• High attention to detail and work ethics which encourages accuracy
• Involvement in digital transformation or multi-system integration project
• Strong written and oral communication skills with IELTS ( or any other equivalent English proficiency score of 7 or above)
• High level of computer user ability, including Ms Word, Ms Visio, Ms Excel, Ms Power Point, Outlook
• Agile qualification and experience
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Must have the ability to work autonomously, be self-motivated, and a strong team player
