Role: Client Servicing Specialist
Location: Thane (Mumbai)
Work Experience: 3-4 Years
Qualification: Masters or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years prior experience working in a Digital Media firm and having managed client communication.
Role Objective: The Client Servicing specialist will be the person responsible for driving the business objectives of the client to success through collaboration and coordination with the internal teams at Debox.
Job Description:
- Continuous benchmarking of clients competitors and industry practices
- Continuous benchmarking of media channels and keeping abreast with the latest updates, changes and modifications to various platforms that can be leveraged
- Research on industry trends, promotions, business cycles and retention rates
- Ideation for new promotions, content mix, communication channels to drive higher engagement and customer stickiness
- Monitor Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel and Sales data to derive actionable insights to course correct or drive business success
- Continuously monitor key business parameters and evaluate the success of marketing efforts, engagement rate, open rate and conversion
- Deep dive and evaluate the user flows and journeys (Google Analytics) and identify drop-off points and build strategy to improve conversions
- Collaborate with the Content and Design team to build an engaging monthly bank, campaigns and content to drive higher engagement and conversion driving monthly business targets
- Ensure timely planning and communication with clients to avoid last-minute requests or changes in the plan and campaigns
- Ensure internal checks, dummy testing and overall review is done before going live with all campaigns
- Ensure all campaign success parameters are tracked and are in line with expectations, immediately raise escalation in case of any deviation to plan vs actuals
- Create monthly reports and conduct monthly review meetings with clients to showcase key parameters and achievements for the month
- Create quarterly plans with the client and drive the finalized plans to success, create quarterly plan vs actuals reports and conduct client review meetings
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage various types of clients
- Good analytical skills and data orientation (should be good with excel and data analysis)
- Excellent in Time Management
- Ability to manage and get work done through the teams

Location: Thane (Mumbai), this role requires travel to client sites on an ongoing basis
Work Experience: 2 Years (Freshers with Master or Equivalent degree will be considered for Management Trainee program)
Qualification: Masters or equivalent with a minimum of 2-3 years prior experience in Business Operation Management or Consulting profile
Job Description:
- Continuous Research and understanding of prospective and current clients business and industry
- Competitor Benchmarking in terms of practices, processes, and policies
- Business process understanding, evaluation, and identifying areas of improvements
- Design and deployment of new initiatives along with the implementation plan (timelines, expected outcome and measurement of success)
- Work along with existing and new members in the client team for ground-level execution
- Set KPI's and tracking mechanisms/systems for performance tracking and timely course corrections
- Ensure regular follow-ups to ensure deployment timeline achievement
- Stay updated with best practices, tools and technology that can improve engagement/project outcome
Required Skills:
- Strong in market, industry and competitive research and benchmarking
- Ability to manage and analyse a large set of data and create relevant insights
- Ability to adapt and understand multiple industries and business models within a short time frame
- Ability to tackle complex business situations and problems and give solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to concise the communication and presentation to CXOs and Founders

AngularJS (1.x)The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and creating Deluge code, Functions, Workflows, etc. Mainly you'll be working on creating custom applications on Zoho Creator along with external tools integrations (within and outside Zoho Ecosystem).
Responsibility
- Implementation and customization of business applications on Zoho One including Creator, Forms, CRM, desk, BOOKS, Analytics, and others as needed.
- Deployment of new functionalities such as custom layouts, fields, calculated fields, and related fields.
- Design and build customer-facing CRM portals with reports and dashboards as needed.
- Data migration to and from different systems into Zoho Creator or other platforms.
- Creation of custom tools and scripts to automate various business processes.
- Create a roadmap for development and prepare iterations for approval and tracking.
- Own the entire development life cycle from concept to production as well as support
- Maintain proper code documentation and use best practices.
- Create faqs and How-to-videos before project handover.
Skills & Experience
- Basic understanding of programming. It means if you are given a code snippet you should know what will be the output. Basic understanding of PHP, Deluge, and Javascript.
- Great manipulating skill for strings, and arrays as most of the programs will be a string and array manipulation.
- Hands-on programming skills.
- Problem-solving skills as you are required to solve a real-world problem.
- Strong logical reasoning and Business understanding.
