GeM Tender Executive – Defense & Aerospace
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Manage complete GeM tender lifecycle from bid identification to submission and post-submission activities.
● Handle Direct Purchase, L1 procurement, Reverse Auctions and bid tracking.
● Monitor GeM, CPPP and defense procurement portals for opportunities.
● Prepare technical and commercial proposals, EMD/PBG documentation and compliance sheets.
● Manage OEM authorizations, defense clearance documents and technical catalogs.
● Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, finance and leadership teams.
● Ensure compliance with Ministry of Defence guidelines, DRDO requirements and procurement standards.
● Maintain product catalogs, specifications, certifications and pricing on GeM.
● Track submission deadlines and maintain bid pipeline reports.
● Coordinate with government authorities and customers for clarifications and documentation.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
● Graduate degree in Engineering, Management or relevant discipline.
● 2–6 years hands-on experience with GeM portal and government tender management.
● Experience with CPPP and e-procurement platforms.
● Knowledge of defense procurement procedures and OEM authorization process.
● Strong MS Excel and documentation skills.
● Strong communication and stakeholder management capability
