What we are looking for:

Experience: 10+ years

Education: BTech / BE / ME /MTech/ MCA / MSc Computer Science

Industry: Product Engineering Services or Enterprise Software Companies

Job Responsibilities:

• Sprint Development Task , Code Review , Defining detailed task for the connector based on design/Timelines, Documentation maturity, Release review and Sanity,Writing the design specifications and user stories for the functionalities assigned.
• Develop assigned components / classes and assist QA team in writing the test cases
• Create and maintain coding best practices and do peer code / solution reviews
• Participate in Daily Scrum calls, Scrum Planning, Retro and Demos meetings
• Bring out technical/design/architectural challenges/risks during execution, develop action plan for mitigation and aversion of identified risks
• Comply with development processes, documentation templates and tools prescribed by CloudSufi or and its clients
• Work with other teams and Architects in the organization and assist them on technical Issues/Demos/POCs and proposal writing for prospective clients
• Contribute towards the creation of knowledge repository, reusable assets/solution accelerators and IPs
• Provide feedback to junior developers and be a coach and mentor for them
• Provide training sessions on the latest technologies and topics to others employees in the organization
• Participate in organization development activities time to time - Interviews, CSR/Employee engagement activities, participation in business events/conferences, implementation of new policies, systems and procedures as decided by Management team

Certifications (Optional): OCPJP (Oracle Certified Professional Java Programmer)

Required Experience:

• Strong programming skills in the language Java.
• Hands on in Core Java and Microservices
• Understanding of Identity Management using users , groups and entitlements
• Hands on in developing connectivity for Identity management using SCIM,REST and LDAP.
• Through Experience in Triggers , Web hooks , events receiver implementations for connectors.
• Excellent in code review process and assessing developer’s productivity.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have:

• Experience of developing 3-4 integration adapters/connectors for enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HCM, SCM, Billing etc.) using industry standard frameworks and methodologies following Agile/Scrum
• Experience with IAM products.
• Experience on Implementation of Message Brokers using JMS.
• Experience on ETL processes

Job Description:

Candidate must have 2 to 5-years of experience in various phase of development of a python-based application or API development.

Requirements:

Must Have:  Strong expertise in PYTHON and its built-in data structures, developing API using flask or fastapi, data wrangling using standard python frameworks like pandas, NumPy etc., integration of various applications (third party or inhouse) with python.

Good to Have: Deployment using Nginx, GUnicorn, IIS, docker and Kubernetes etc. Good understanding of optimization solutions like differential evolution. Hands on experience with python packages like Scipy.  Tkinter to make python-based applications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understanding/gathering the requirements from stakeholder, formulating the problem, and leveraging AI/ML to solve the business problems.
• Integration of third party or in house application with python solution.
• Working on Deployment and optimization of various engineering problems using Numerical/Constraint optimization frameworks such as Differential Evolution and deploy a web-based API using Flask and Nginx/IIS.
• Unit testing of various python modules developed and testing of the API.

The ideal candidate is a highly resourceful and innovative developer with extensive experience in the layout, design and coding of websites specifically in PHP Laravel. You must also possess a strong knowledge of web application development using PHP programming language and MySQL Server databases.

• Previous experience creating scalable applications.
• Understanding of object-oriented PHP programming.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge and experience in web development and software design
• Expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS), PHP frameworks, and MySQL databases
• Knowledge on web sockets, json is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, and HTML5.
• Knowledge of PHP web framework Laravel.

• Work with product owners, architects, developers, testers, and other stakeholders in the client's organization and in the company to build and maintain software solutions
• Get specifications/wireframes/ mock-ups and translate them into scalable, high-performance, robust web apps!
• Responsible to write and maintain clean, well-written code, as per the best practices.
• Very comfortable with daily stand-up with clients, update daily work progress via Project Management systems, voice/video calls, online collaboration using screen-sharing tools.
• Exposure/experience in agile development practices

Desired Qualification, Skills, and Experience

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech.

Mandatory Skills:

• Expert level skills in OOPS concepts
• Excellent in Ruby, metaprogramming.
• Excellent knowledge of Rails 4.x+
• Experience in using Rails Engine.
• Full-stack web development expertise (HTML, Javascript, CSS/Less, React, Redux)
• Good experience with active accounts on Git, Github/Bitbucket, or similar SCM tools.
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills [Client side, Server side, Database]
• Knowledge and skills in static code analysis and performance management tools [Client side, Server side, Database]
• Databases: Expert level skills in one or more of MySQL, PostgreSQL
• Exposure to Release, Build Management, Deployment steps, and methodologies.

Nice to have Skills:

• MongoDB, Redis, Memcached, RSpec, Enzyme, Jest

• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Knowledge of using version control software such as SVN or GIT will be preferable.
• Experience in either Mobile application or Data Integration with other apps would be preferred.

• 2-4 years of demonstrable hands-on work in web-based application development experiences in a professional environment, including interaction design for dynamic, data-driven applications (not HTML based website) delivered via the web, or the equivalent.
