As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will drive the responsibility of developing features for our existing products and bring new innovations to the table. You will work with the latest tools and frameworks, crafting seamless user experiences that drive productivity and innovation. What You Will Do in This Role
- Building and developing new software features for our JustCall product.
- Working through the design, implementation, integration, testing, and deployment phases of project delivery.
- Provide software design and programming expertise to support research projects.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams - Experimenting and reiterating on software basis feedback from customers/product & business stakeholders.
- Designing and developing new fast and robust algorithms to ensure that the platform supports millions of communications exchanges every month.
- Working with our engineering team to deploy and maintain research models in the production.
- Collaborating with the product and design teams on crafting great user experiences.
What you need to be successful
- 3-7 years of experience in ReactJS (not native), JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience in designing and building systems for maximum performance, reliability, and scalability
- Experience in working with object-oriented programming with least one object-oriented programming language and understanding of browser caching.
- Experience with seamless integration of front-end to backend functionality.
- Knowledge of high-level programming concepts like promises, and data-binding.
- Ability to design relational database schema at scale with Tailwind experience, including concepts like layout, specificity, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Experience with test-driven/behavior-driven development using automated testing tools.

SaaS Labs is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join its Sales Development team. You will play a key role in driving new business by qualifying inbound leads and supporting various marketing-led campaigns.
You will report to the Sales Lead, however, feedback and coordination of resources with the sales and direct marketing teams are vital to success in this area. You will also provide support to the sales and the marketing teams as needed.
Responsibilities

About the Role
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will become a product expert and ensure that customers achieve their desired outcomes quickly and efficiently drive value throughout the onboarding experience. You will set up customers for immediate success by facilitating the implementation process, and educate them on the product, help solve their technical concerns and ensure smooth adoption of the product and services. As an onboarding specialist, you act as a customer's trusted advisor and have the potential to influence their future journey with SaaS Labs products.

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer needs, including business objectives and challenges.
- Record the use cases, customer requirements and customization requests
- Develop success plans for the customer to quickly achieve their desired outcomes

- Take ownership of the onboarding the customer, identify and target ‘at risk’ customers and take appropriate steps to engage with them proactively, understand the concerns and drive resolution

Qualifications
- Has 2-4 years of experience in a high touch, low touch or tech touch customer onboarding in a B2B SaaS or Tech Product based company
- Should have worked with the C-level and senior executives
- Should be open to aligning with US / EU / AUS time zones
- Has exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
- Showcases exemplary written and verbal communication skills to work along with global customers

We are Kraftshala. We are an online skilling institution committed to playing the long game of building a transformative educational experience for the masses. We call this ‘Scaling with Soul’.
Scaling with Soul, to us, means we always prioritise student outcomes– specifically our Placement Rate (percentage of students placed)- over other metrics, such as number of enrolments or company valuation in the coming year.
This is, of course, easier said than done. There are painful choices to be made at every stage, from admissions to training to placements, that wouldn’t have been needed were we willing to give up on either of high quality or scale.
But in the long run, we believe that our obsession over these student outcomes will earn Kraftshala the trust of Indian students, their families, recruiters and the broader ecosystem.
That’s why we make each of our Placement Reports public, capturing how many students are placed in each batch, in what companies, at what salaries etc.
We don’t need to. None of our competitors do (though we’d be happy to be proven wrong and have more educators join us!). Simply put, we have tasted the benefits of an education model grounded in high quality paired with the transparency of student outcomes and now cannot imagine doing it any other way.
We are not the largest in terms of enrollments. Nowhere close, actually. Not yet.
