MCS is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QA Lead to join our team. As a Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our products or services. Your primary responsibility will be to assess and evaluate processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance quality across all aspects of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance standards, procedures, and methodologies to ensure consistency and excellence in our products, services, or processes.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and audits of products, services, or processes to identify deviations, defects, or areas of improvement.
• Maintain detailed records of quality assessments, findings, and recommendations.
• Create and update quality documentation, including standard operating procedures.
• Investigate the root causes of quality issues and collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide guidance and training to teams and employees on quality standards, best practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Establish feedback mechanisms and channels for employees and customers to report quality-related concerns or suggestions for improvement.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on quality performance, highlighting areas of success and areas requiring attention.
• Ensure that our processes and products adhere to relevant industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a relevant field (Quality Management, Business, Engineering, etc.)
• 5+ years experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in a similar industry.
• Prior Experience in a Lead role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in quality management tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, ISO standards).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to precision.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with quality management software and tools.

About the Team:

Alliance and Agency Partnerships team role is to form ties with various agencies in the marketing domain to help them in upselling media planning and buying services. This team helps such agencies in generating more business from their existing clients and helps in retaining the clients for a longer duration. 

About the Role:

Intern will be working in the Alliance and Partnerships team. Day-to-day responsibilities will be to market research efforts, handle inbound leads, foster potential partnerships and interact with agency partners in closing requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyse process issues and gather related user requirements
• Develop appropriate solutions, primarily using the JIFFY.ai low code platform
• Obtain feedback from users and process stakeholders and implement improvements
• Develop training materials and train users
• Recommend and Develop Common Component development, integrations, and configurations

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree required Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems OR equivalent external work experience.

Work Experience and Skills required:

• Good hands-on 3-5 years of experience in Java or similar application development
• Experience in OOPS, Model Driven Development. Knowledge of modern UI Technologies
• Knowledge and experience in any or some of the following disciplines is a very strong plus: REST API, Java, JavaScript, Xpath, CSS, HTML, relational databases, or Kubernetes
• Create Domain Model with associations between different entities along with inheritance concept.
• Implementation of the user roles for application and established application security.

BI Developer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive knowledge of SQL
• Expertise as a Microsoft BI Developer (SQL Server, SSIS)
• Experience and understanding of build and deploy processes
• A structured approach to software development (agile or waterfall), and a thorough understanding of the full software development lifecycle
• Knowledge and experience in experience banking
• Contribute to planning and estimation of sprints, features and releases
• Integrate new data sources using SQL, SSIS and C#
• Contribute to the testing and UAT phases
