The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets within the designated territory. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of machinery products and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
· Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and cold calling potential clients in the industrial machinery sector.
· Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
· Sales Presentations:
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, clearly explaining the features and benefits of the machinery products.
· Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to provide tailored solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
· Negotiation & Closing Sales:
Lead the negotiation process, prepare quotes, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Sales Reporting:
Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics to the sales manager.
· Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure client needs are met and products are delivered as promised.
· Product Knowledge:
Stay well-informed about the product portfolio, technical specifications, and operational benefits of machinery products to effectively assist customers.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the machinery, manufacturing, or industrial equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of machinery products and their applications in various industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
