Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Shri Rajeshwari Industrial Essentials, a leading machinery solutions provider. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets within the designated territory. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of machinery products and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
· Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and cold calling potential clients in the industrial machinery sector.
· Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
· Sales Presentations:
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, clearly explaining the features and benefits of the machinery products.
· Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to provide tailored solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
· Negotiation & Closing Sales:
Lead the negotiation process, prepare quotes, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Sales Reporting:
Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics to the sales manager.
· Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure client needs are met and products are delivered as promised.
· Product Knowledge:
Stay well-informed about the product portfolio, technical specifications, and operational benefits of machinery products to effectively assist customers.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the machinery, manufacturing, or industrial equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of machinery products and their applications in various industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
